Keto iced coffee with collagen!
I love iced keto mocha protein collagen coffee and this is great because of the lids and I can make in container because it’s glass and store in fridge because of lids for 3 days of chilled coffee (1per day). Here’s my favorite keto coffee recipe: 8oz of chilled coffee, 1tsp of vanilla extract, 2 tbsp of organic valley heavy whipping cream, 8 0z of unsweetened almond milk, 2 tbsp of Vital Proteins chocolate Collagen Powder (0 sugar, 1 g net carb), microingredients organic MCT oil powder with prebiotic fiber OR Perfect Keto chocolate MCT oil powder, 1 tsp of monk fruit, swerve or tiny amount of stevia (I change sugar substitutes so I’m not consuming 2 much of any one). Blend together (milk frother wand for $8 works great) and pour over ice, enjoy! This is for one shake a day so if I want more I just add less of the protein and MCT powder so I can sneak in another coffee. I suggest you don’t consume more than recommended amount on any of these ingredients and if you’re not sure of any of these ingredients consult your doctor. I’m active with the keto diet so high fat, high protein, low sugar and low carb….go ketogenic

Price went up for second delivery
I enjoyed this product, but it was kind of pricey and on the second order, the price went up even more. I switched to another brand, unfortunately.

INSANELY DELICIOUS!
So, I'm brand new to this keto thing, and wow, what a maze to try to sort through all of the information about it, much of which seems almost conflicting, not to mention the status quo "health" industry seems to think it's a terrible idea. All I know is that eating the "approved" way for all these years, I'm overweight, with high blood pressure and likely pre-diabetic as well (just ordered blood glucose testing stuff to figure that out). So, I'm trying keto.Did a three day water fast, then restocked all the cupboards and the fridge and freezer with keto stuff, and jumped on the keto train. Seven days later, keto strips tell me I'm in ketosis, since beginning this (no cheats, staying under 20 carbs a day, no sugar, and, wow, really, living on incredibly delicious high fat foods???) and have already lost a bit of weight and scale keeps creeping down, and BP is down some as well, so this seems a path to stick to and see what happens. While a lot of info says one thing or another, one thing that seems consistent about keto, however, is to have some kind of MCT in the diet. Since I've read alarming accounts of MCT oil giving unpleasantly explosive results (and I tend to have a finicky gut) I decided to try this powder. It's a bit pricey, yes, but you can also order from their site, and it seems various users of the product give a discount code, if you look for keto folks on youtube, for example. Frankly, keto eating in general is pricey -- heavy cream, eggs, bacon, meats, butter, specialty flours and ingredients, steady veggies, and, how sad that eating unhealthy is ultra affordable, but eating to live is not. Crazy.Anyway, upon opening this, I thought I had opened up a birthday cake! Smells divine. Tried a little, raw, and good grief this tastes soooooooooooooo GOOD. Unreal. I already set about to create a keto smoothie recipe -- almond milk, coconut milk, heavy cream, a scant amount of frozen berries (low carb) and water, and a scoop of this magic stuff, plus some zero carb protein powder and psyllium husk powder (for fiber) and oh my, my, it is delicious! Oh, and ZERO digestive issues, and definitely makes me feel satisfied, full and peppy.Imagine a diet where you love the food! So, this is a BIG win for me, and I will try the chocolate next. I whip this up in a blender, no lumps or separation at all. Blends smoothly and, for me, all health benefits aside, the fact that it tastes so good is a big plus, especially since I thought I'd be giving up all the tasty carbs I've loved for so long, and, as we know, if we hate what we eat, it's hard to stick to any diet plan. So, bring on the keto! I'm all in!

Caloric Bipass
Puts you into caloric bypass. I eat whatever I want which isn't really a good idea but not gaining weight. It's hard staying away from carbs my work cafeteria has many assorted cakes and cookies the foods free. Sometimes I over indulge on cheesecake or chocolate chip cookies. This product seems to help.

Seems To Be A New Formula And It Isn't Working For Me!
I have to UPDATE this review (review below was for a previous tub). I believe they have changed the formula because now:1. Massive bloating after taking it! Like 6 months pregnant bloating. Before I had zero bloating. I've been Keto for 4 months and one thing I loved is that I never got bloated eating LCHF. It was awesome! Until I got a new order of this MCT powder. Nothing else changed. I also tested it with meals and on empty stomach. It is the ONLY thing that bloats me!2. Constant gas and loose stools. I did not have this for the 4 months in keto. Everything was perfect digestively. Much improved compared to my old way of eating. I loved my intestines and butt again on the ketogenic diet. This stuff brought misery. My husband kept telling me to go away! Not worth it...I love being close to those I love.3. Knocks me out of ketosis. I was happily maintaining therapeutic levels of ketones via blood monitor. After starting this new batch, knocked right out. For no reason. Diet is the same.I noted the newest batch seemed fluffier which is fine, but not the above side effects! So I threw it away.OLD REVIEW: Makes my throat constantly irritated...I take this as part of a MCT Keto diet to augment my MCTs I need which are up to 60% of my dietary fat. I started with MCT oil and had no throat issues, but did have digestive upset. I have no digestive upsets with this powder and my energy is good, but my throat stays irritated...almost scratchy like I want to clear it all day long. It's been over a month with this irritation. I even ordered another tub because my bathroom visits are perfect. But then did some research because I've changed nothing but this powder and that is when the throat irritation started. I read that it is C6 that causes throat irritation from MCTs..They claim zero C6...Just C8 and C10...So buyer beware.
