Don't tighten all the bolts at once
This is a very sturdy, nice looking chair. It is comfortable for office use. I had no difficulty putting it together, although it would be easier with two people. It is heavy, so sliding it around on carpet is not advised. I tilt it to move past it and pick it up by the seat and backrest to move it any distance. Moving it by the armrests is also good. My office is small and a huge high backed chair on wheels made no sense. Very stable and easy to get out of by pushing off the armrests. Welded frame looks very strong. I am 6 feet tall and 190 pounds, but a very large person might not fit. Very pleased with this chair. If the bolts loosen after 6 months, just retighten them snug. Allen wrench is provided, but if you lose it, don't worry it is a standard size. I bought the sled style and unless you need the stability, I would remove the four plastic feet. It makes the chair very easy to slide. If you want a very steady chair then leave the feet on.

Comfortable, supportive and stylish chair
I was quite pleased with the quality of this chair. I used it as a nail client chair. Perfect height, easy to clean & sanitize, good back support to customers. Just getting around to write a review...had 3 of them since 2018!!! Would definitely buy again

Great but be prepared to curse.
This chair, excluding the mental turmoil you will encounter assembling it, is very good for the price. The seat is wide and the back provides a mild lumbar support that is comfortable. I’m small-framed and this chair would be appropriate for larger persons. It’s relatively small and indiscreet. The matte-black faux leather is good and the padding is adequate. Time will tell whether the padding holds up or compresses. The big downside with this chair is that you will probably encounter problems when you assemble it. Like other reviewers describe, the screw holes and brackets do not readily line up. And if you get one where the welded seat grasping clamps are not in perfect alignment you will never get it properly assembled. In that case you have a defective unit and you need to return it if you can. The big problem here is that when you encounter line-up problems during assembly you will be unable to tell if it’s a defective frame or if you have just failed to get it right. Be prepared to curse.Assembly advice: You will need two people for assembly. As the instructions warn, do not torque down on the screws until you have all eight of them in place and have what you think is a correctly aligned assembly. Before assembly make sure the individual screws holes are not stripped. Just screw a bolt in each hole to make sure. For some reason you cannot torque down on the screws while doing this dry run so don’t try. Forget about using the supplied Allen head wrench except for the final torque down as it will ruin your fingers. In my toolkit I was able to find an Allen head extension that fit into my ratchet and fit the screws perfectly. The fit has to be exact otherwise you will round off the Allen head. While the screws do have hexagonal heads, these heads do not cleanly fit either American or mm sizes. So using a hexagonal ratchet head will round off the heads. You can use the hexagonal ratchet for initial tightening but for final tightening you should use the Allen head. After the seat and back are initially in place then it’s a matter or gingerly nudging the seat and back while turning the screws in a sequential fashion. Firmly pressing the seat/back into its intended position while turning the Allen head is required. The problem is that all six screws and the seat and back must simultaneously be in the correct alignment before you can torque down on the screws. Here is where you may question whether you have stripped one or more of the screws by (your) excessive tightening or whether you have the screw cross-threaded. It's impossible to tell. But absolutely do not cross-thread. Once everything is in alignment you can then tighten the screws. If aligned you can then really torque down so that the turning resistance tells you have it right. But you are not finished. After that place the chair in the upright position on a flat surface to make sure it sits evenly. If not, you will have to undo ALL of the screws and start again. Finally the sliders that come between the frame and floor do not slide on carpet and will mar hard wood. They are removable via Phillips head screws but removing them will lower the chair height about one inch. As one review points out you can use furniture sliders on the bottom of the chair sliders but I’m not sure if that is a remedy. These chairs are not meant to slide. After about one week of use do a final torque down as the screws may have settled a bit. Do not inset the end caps on the back of the frame until then as you will not be able to get them out without marring the frame. Anyway, this chair is great once you get past the assembly. But assembly should not be this hit-or-miss. But I’m thinking about ordering a second one. Hope this helps.

Perfect chairs, Amazon Bargain
I saw these chairs in my vet's waiting room. Very nice, appealing sleek look. Actually very comfortable seating. I had been looking for a couple of chairs for my glass dining table. I said these are perfect. Asked the vet where he got them. He said Wayfair. I looked on Wayfair. Then I looked on Amazon. The chairs were 50.00 cheaper on Amazon. Chairs are perfect and I am happy. Great looking, quality is great. If you put chairs together yourself. I have a tip. The directions say put lower part first. You will save time and annoyance by adding top first then add seating. They were easy to assemble. Quite sturdy and very comfortable. I am pleased.

Perfect inexpensive chair for dining or desk
This is a great well made, comfortable and easy to assemble chair for the price. Purchased this before my husband's hip replacement when I read another reviewer mention that it would not move going from sitting to standing. On the carpet it stays put when standing , perfect for elderly using armrests to push from . This is comfortable, I find the padding to feel comfortable and particularly in the lumbar area. We now use it on our wood floors with chair leg pads to protect the floor. Very happy with the purchase, a simple 10 minute assembly.

Great computer chair
I have spent way too much on trying to find a comfortable chair to sit in front of my computer. All up to this one have been the kind that air adjust up or down, mostly ending down sooner than wanted, This chair is just the right height to slide the arm rests under my desk when done, leaving more room. The chair is very comfortable, I have even started using it to read my kindle books when not on computer. I am six ft. 275 and it fits great. It looks much better than any of my other buys. I took off the plastic feet and it is a very easy slide away from work desk (I have carpet)

A very good chair for seniors and folks who have some trouble getting up from a chair
I purchased two of these chairs at the recommendation of my elderly family members Physical Therapist. The arms on the chair are excellent for assisting them sit and stand from the chair. The seat is wide and the spacing between the seat cushion and bag allows for an additional pillow to be put on the seat if for some reason one wants to. We have not found the need to do so as of you. Also the chair is a bit lower to the ground so one can transition easily from their walker to sitting in the chair with ease. It was also easy to put together and I believe that it even included not only an alan wrench but an extra bolt and washer!! :) It cost them probably less than a penny to do this but it makes a difference when you are assembling the chair. For both chairs, I received all the pieces and the chair was in perfect condition upon arrival.
