Is this just soluble fibre (as opposed to insoluble) and does it stop keep going and loose fluffy stools

why does it say 12g on the front of the packet when that is in fact 2 servings? Deliberate attempts to deceive customers. Poor show.

I don't think it will reduce your hunger .. it will ensure you receive the right amount of fibre in your daily consumption routine. If you need to feel fuller for longer and have hunger suppressed.
