I have quite a few Neewer photo items and the gimbal as with most of their products is well made and has that feel of quality. It’s not the lightest thing in the world but gives confidence when attaching large lenses to it.It’s easy to fit and set up and works perfectly.A great buy for someone who isn’t going to be using a gimbal on every shoot.Highly satisfied with the gimbal

It’s a very well engineered product, it will handle almost anything lens and DSLR camera. It’s also a very good price. It’s equally as good as similar items three times the price.

Great value for money, appears strong and well made, very impressive.Have found only a very slight balancing issue, and after getting a longer Arcaswiss mounting plate it is very slightly not returning to perfect level.But this tiny fault doesn’t detract from the massive benefits I’m getting from it.Can be used in portrait mode on my D500- 200/500 by turning the camera with in its tripod collar as normal.Have recommended many times to friends and fellow photographers.

Robust and sturdy for mounting SLR camera on tripod

The newer gimbal head, is a sturdy piece of kit.I use it with a sigma 150-600mm zoom ,attached to a canon 6d with no issues.easy to set up, I also bought the larger footplate for ease of use, but I think the original plate would do the trick

Only used a couple of times but nearly lost the screw on the tripod as it comes out every time . Very disappointed

It is as smooth as a 700-dollar carbon fiber unit. It is heavy, but now I have hundreds of dollars left over for more equipment.

I have been very impressed with the build quality of this product. It’s very well made and works great! Minor adjustments seem responsive. Very smooth movements and good value for money!!

Gimbal is strong and heavy, capable of holding a large zoom lens like Sony 200-600 but no smoothness, it just flies from right to left and up to down. If you need to hold holding steady than need to lock the knobs. Little dampenong by adjusting the knobs would have been helpful. Not expecting fluid like movement but for the price it can do better.
