This works great. The infuser sits a little high off the bottom so I steep 2 cups in pyrex cup and use pot to serve. 4 cups and your in the diffuser. It looks good on my counter and doesn't look to strange for a straight man. I haven't pushed heat resistance. I'll write if it blows up.

Beautiful stove top teapot. I bought it for traditional Pakistani chai with milk and that's a good decision I made. It takes a few extra minutes to boil the water than the steel one but worth waiting :)

Have had this teapot for several months now and I love it. Did some research before purchasing as I make a lot of tea and therefore wanted a quality product. This tea pot holds several cups of water so no need to re-make cups throughout out the day. I have used it directly on the stove many times with no issues. The main way I use it is by boiling water in a pot and pouring directly into the tea pot. Bottom line is, this is a great tea pot for the value. If it happens to break I would order again without hesitation!

It arrived broken.

Edit: broke after a year and a half. Lightly tapped against the losing on top edge and it cracked. Sad that this functional teapot didn’t last longer.Original review: Good enough. I was expecting something cheap but serviceable since it is an off brand item from Amazon. The glass thickness is as expected. Thin but workable. The stainless steel strainer is very much on the thin side. It will dent easily. Spout is leak free as long as you get the right technique and do not pour from over 3/4th full. Over 3/4th full and it does leak. Brews well. I knew about not being able to use the lid without the strainer before buying. Happy enough with my purchase.

I like loose leaf tea, and the best tea is when you add the boiling water to your leaves and have room for them to expand and steep. I also don't like most tea balls because they don't always tightly close. This means I must filter my tea leaves from my tea! I have been waiting a long time for a good price on a larger glass tea pot with infuser. This one has all the features I want: long spout to pour easily, glass to see the color of my tea and clean up easily, large stainless mesh infuser basket.

I love this product it works great on my lose leaf tea. The metal strainer is starting to discolor but it still works great. The only knock I have is when you remove the strainer you no longer have a lid for your pot.

I love this little teapot. It holds just enough tea to have 3 or 4 cups of tea. I make a pot for my son and I, it holds the perfect amount. I have not been brave enough to put it on the stove even though it states that it is stovetop safe.
