deBeer Military Ballistic Nylon 2-Piece Watch Band/Watch Strap - 11 Colors - (Sizes - 18mm, 20mm, 24mm)

This watchband replaced a worn out cloth band for a low cost Timex watch. I didn't want to spend more on the band than the watch is worth. It's a very durable band and thicker than I expected. Not at all flimsy and was pretty easy to install. Because it is relatively thick, it is not as flexible as a thinner cloth or leather band would be, but it is comfortable to wear. The metal hardware is a big plus too and looks to be good quality stainless steel. Definitely worth the $5.99 I paid for it.

I really like this watch band. It replaced the old leather band that came with my large, swiss, automatic watch. Though this is considered a "military" band, it has a simple design that could be used with many different styles of watches. It is strong, well built, and I expect it to last longer and wear better than my leather band. The loops on my other bands kept breaking, but the ones (2) on this band are metal. It is 8.5 inches long which is slightly longer than I would prefer, but there is a You Tube video on how to cut it and seal the end by melting the nylon. I was not able to install it myself, but a jewler did it for no charge. Highly Recommend!

When I received the strap, I felt it was of fair quality for the money. I'd say it's actually a little better than I expected. The material is decent quality, there are no loose strings, everything his holding together nicely, the color is very deep, and the speed-release spring bars that were included are of good quality. I was able to mount them, with a little bit of effort due to how little the lugs extend from the body, to my Casio "Royale" AE1200WH-1 watch. They look nice together. Unfortunately for me, the strap ended up being too short for my wrist. This would accommodate most average sized wrists, though. I think if you temper your expectations, you're gonna like the quality of this $6-ish strap. I wouldn't mind trusting a sub-$50 knock-around watch on this strap, if it had fit my bigger wrists.

No second first impression! You feel it from the first moment on! This deBeer watchband is it. Of course not for the classic tea time event, but for every outdoor activity, securing a respective watch. What a picture it completes with a blue dial watch, made for active people. And best, it is longer than average. With this it fits my wrist at its best! Great value, amazing price, outstanding quality!

This is a decent watchband that works pretty well with a Wenger (Swiss Army) field watch with 22mm lugs. The length is just right for my larger wrist and it has plenty of notches for a good fit. The nylon band is sturdy and is pretty much impervious to water and dirt. The buckle and associated hardware is high quality. It came with two watch pins and was easy to install though the end of the band fits pretty snugly in the watch lugs. My only con with this band is that the inside has some pretty rough areas that were rubbing my skin raw. Turns out it's the cut ends that were stitched down inside the band where it contacts your skin. The nylon ends were melted which left them pretty sharp and rough. I was able to fix this by sanding / filing down the rough edges until they were smooth. Took me about 10 minutes but now the band is more comfortable. I also worked the stiff band back in forth in my hands to soften it up a bit. Works fine now but I marked it down a couple stars because of the extra work. I like the olive green color and it works well with a military style field watch. Less bulky than the NATO style bands.

I own a number of one-piece NATO nylon watch bands. The deBeer Military Ballistic Nylon is the first 2-piece that i’ve owned. So far, I am very pleased. Since I have sensitive skin, leather, rubber, and silicone watch bands irritate my skin. Nylon watch bands are the only ones that I can wear comfortably in hot, humid weather, swimming, paddling, exercising, etc. for an extended time without skin irritation. I bought the deBeer Military Ballistic 2-Piece Nylon watch band for my Casio G-Shock DW5600E watch. I had to buy an adapter so that the watch band would fit my Casio. For me, the 2-piece is a better fit than a one-piece on a Casio DW5600E There are several things that I like about the deBeer Military Ballistic 2-Piece Nylon watch band. The deBeer is shorter in length than most one-piece and 2-piece nylon watch bands. I have a 7 1/2 inch wrist. The length is perfect for my wrist size. If you’ve got thick wrist, this might not be a good fit. Another thing that I like about the deBeer is that the watch band is THICK (sturdy). It looks like there are two layers that are glued and stitched together. The only thing that I did not like about the deBeer is the spring bars that were included did NOT fit. When I tugged or pulled on the band, the spring bars would pop out. Luckily, I had extra spring bars that I could use and this fixed this problem. Over all, I am very pleased with the deBeer Military Ballistic 2-Piece Nylon watch band. I’d buy it again.

Very disappointed. Pros are the orange colour is spot on, perfect and the metal fittings are handsome. However, the cons outweigh and I won't be using it. It is really scratchy at the edges, irritating my skin and snagging fleece or wool. It is far too long and while it can be trimmed, the resulting edge would not be nearly as finished as the original. I couldn't easily use the spring pins provided since the band is extremely snug where it attaches to the watch. I can't return it so since the only way I could make it fit was to cut a notch and use the quick release slider style pin. It fit but then the frayed edges from cutting needed sealing and the burning created yet more rough and scratchy edges. In short, waste of money. I'm going to look for a canvas band with slide style pins.

Really well made - fit's perfectly & works perfectly with a Asus Zen2 watch ... came with extra pin's which was a added bonus since it's not quick release pin compatible ... Update for 09-28-16 ... Lov'en it - strap fit's perfectly on my ASUS Zen2 watch - very comfortable & excellent moisture resistance - doesn't seem to absorb sweat which is perfect - will of course absorb water when submerged - washed my truck with my watch - watch is water resistant upto 350ft - thus dunks into a bucket of water didn't bother it - the band dried nicely ....
