SnugKids Ear Defenders - Noise Cancelling Headphones Protectors for Children, Toddlers and Baby

This is the worst product that I bought from Amazon by far. Poorly made and not same as in description of this product.

It works fine, and will fit an adult just about it you want an idea of the sound dampening.WARNING - do check the plastic hinges connected to the metal though. Through the manufacturing process, it appears the moulds of the plastic leave sharp edges (imagine the seam where the moulds meet) . I had to blade them off with a Stanley knife, and rub them down slightly with sand paper.This is a shame, as it could potentially cut a small child's skin.

These are completely different to the listing images and product description.The colour, padding, headband are nothing like the quality item I was expecting (or advertised) I was very disappointed.I would have returned them only they were a present, for my friends daughter, and had already been opened.On a positive note the delivery was prompt and the child loves them… she literally won’t take them off!

We bought these for my son with sensory issues ready for fireworks (just out and about) in November. He already had an unbranded pair, which worked brilliantly, but they were getting a bit worn so thought it'd be nice to "upgrade".Out the box I thought they were great! As soon as my son tried them, it was quickly clear that, unlike his others, they weren't blocking nearly as much noise. He could hear us perfectly - maybe that's a good thing - but then when he heard the fireworks too he asked for his old pair.By the end of the first day the S lettering had peeled off. By the end of the third day, the N had gone too. By the end of the week, the U and G were peeling. Ok, this doesn't affect their use, but just makes them look a bit tatty and inferior, which is annoying to say the least when they cost double our last pair.

Ordered these for my autistic son 2 days ago after he done a lot of discussion/research into which ear defenders he would like, as he is very particular about colours and fabrics due to his sensory issues. What has arrived is cheap and nasty though, a very basic black band, which is nothing like the photo- it is the wrong colour, the wrong material and doesn’t have any of the writing along the top (however does say snug on the ear covers so isn’t an Amazon error in sending the wrong brand). It just feels very flimsy and poorly made overall. To top it off, the price I paid 2 days ago has now been cut by almost 1/3. I phoned customer services, who have arranged a return, meaning I have to stay home and and await uplift due to no fault of my own, but they won’t refund the cost until it is received back in the warehouse, which with Royal Mail will be at least a week from now! Shocking service from start to finish, and a company who promotes ear defenders to children with sensory issues should know better than to put profit over a child’s needs. Stay clear.

My son loves these and we’ve bought two pairs now and love the designs, but unfortunately they keep peeling, if the company were to fix this problem they’ll be perfect!
