I have never heard of Ultima until my thyroid doctor told me about it. I have Hashitmoto's Thyoiditis. I was born with it but I didn't know I had it until August of 2015. With Hashimoto's you are suppose to be sensitive to the cold weather but I am sensitive to the hot weather. Where I live it gets really hot in the Summer time to where I sweat all the time and I get leg and feet cramps. Since I have been drinking this, thank goodness the cramps have stop. All the flavors are good, but the blue raspberry is my go to. I am glad I found this in the container but I was a little surprise how small the container was when I got it but it doesn't take up that much room on the counter in the kitchen, but for the price I think it is a good deal. The flavor of the drink is refreshing and not too overly strong. The scoop that it comes with you can measure how much or how little you want which I think it is good. I like it in a cold bottle of water. It does take it a little longer to dissolve and I have tried it at room temperature water, and it does dissolve quicker, the cold water taste better to me. So, it all depends on which way a person prefers this drink. The other thing about this drink mix, that it has some Zinc in it and that's a plus for me.

I have been a loyal customer of Ultima since 2020 and it is still my favorite electrolyte powder. The flavors are refreshing, the ingredients are clean, and I love that there is no added sugar. It is a healthier option compared to many other electrolyte drinks on the market. I appreciate that it comes in both a jar and single-serve packets. The jar is perfect for home, and the packets are great for travel or keeping in my bag. It mixes easily with water and keeps me hydrated throughout the day. Love how this tastes. I have tried other flavors but this one is one of my favs where I don't have to mix it with my lemonade true lime to get it to taste better. The electrolytes also help with my palpitations! I drink a lot of coffee which dehydrates me. I spoke to a friend of mine who's an NP and she told me about electrolytes and this brand inparticular due to it not having sugar and high sodium levels and that should help with the palpitations and it does!! So glad I found this product. I like the quality and find it reasonably priced.

This electrolytes are awesome for work out, hot summer days and for the everyday. Good ingredients, usually I like the lemonade flavor so I can replace a regular lemonade with this and works amazing. The container is a little small even though has about 30 servings and the price is ok. Just didn’t like any other flavor besides lemonade. Over all good.

Update: absolutely love this! It’s easy and the flavor is very tasty. I find myself adding it to my water bottle first thing in the morning. Will be offering a different flavor to try but I love how it’s not overly sweet. Had an issue with the product I received but customer service addressed it immediately. The product itself tastes good, and since I like to add it to my ice water it dissolves easy. I purchased the smaller size so it’s easy to keep on the counter. Personally I feel that it helps me stay hydrated which helps with energy levels. So far I like it and feel good.

The product is very effective at alleviating and/or preventing muscle cramps. The flavor is pretty good too. A medical provider friend of mind was visiting when i started to get severe hand and finger cramps. She has a similar issue and shared some with me. I was amazed by the rapid relief. You can mix it with water or other beverage. It dissolves in a few minutes but I usually guzzle it down to get the electrolytes ASAP. It is not cheap but considering the efficacy of the product it is a good value to me.

It's ok but not sure if I would buy again

Overall happy with the product. Negatives: Was quite a bit smaller than I expected it to be, so its value for money seems quite poor. There are only 30 scoops in a pot whereas I would have expected more like 90 considering how expensive it is. I like the watermelon flavour, but it tastes fairly artificial and chemically. It tastes a lot better than plain water if you’re looking to increase how much water you drink!
