Seems to be a pretty good malt!
I'm no expert baker and haven't used diastatic malt before to give a comparative review, but this worked great in a few recipes I wanted to try over the holidays and did what it was supposed to do!

This stuff is awesome, i added it to my bread at 2% (about a tsp to a cup of flour) and the bread turned out so much better in texture and taste. i added it at 4% (2 tsp to a cup of flour) to my pizza dough and my dough is perfect now, crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle.
