Recommended by a paramedic and ex army medic invaluable addition to Amy first aid kit. Easy to use , multi purpose and designed to apply to yourself if need be Expensive but with a very long use by date and hopefully it will never be needed.

Well priced
Brought these for putting together several IFAKs for the car, home and work bag. Good strong packaging and good price for the quality.

Potentially good with a catch
Seems pretty good and on par with what was used during my medic training but if you want to me to use this in a critical time sensitive emergency, having it in two separate vacuum sealed packs is a bit of a hassle when you’ve only a lot of seconds to play with. If you’re planning on using these, take it out of the outer packaging at least before adding it to your kit. Otherwise, seems like it will do the job.

I'm really impressed with this item! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was well-made and designed with the user in mind. Setup was straightforward and quick, which is always a huge plus. In terms of performance, it has consistently exceeded my expectations. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does it reliably and efficiently. I've been using it regularly for a while now, and it still feels as good as new. What I particularly appreciate is its ease of use. The features are intuitive, and I didn't need to consult a manual to figure things out. It truly makes my life easier. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase, and I genuinely feel it offers great value for the price. If you're looking for a dependable and high-quality item that delivers on its promises, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Carried these for years in scary places. These are outstanding overkill for trauma injuries you may encounter. Especially designed for self-aid. Perfect for backcountry situations where rescue is far off. Numerous videos online on how to use them.

If you ever have the need for these (like I did), this is the item you want to have on hand. A torniquet requires real risk analysis. This stops the bleed efficiently and more safely/with less risk. If you're building a medical bag or stocking your first aid kit, this is a quality product that really should be in there.

Had some training a few years ago. Got back into hunting and thought this would be a great addition to my first aid kit and having in the house and glove compartment. Genius invention.

The material, speed and cost were well in line. The US Army version is simpler and easier/quicker to use for me. Even after reading directions, it was problematic. I'm sure an IDF member would be able to use this effectively under extreme conditions, but I believe having more things to remember when every second counts is a hindrance. Worth it but not for me.
