Yes it should work fine with smaller frame shorter arm length golfers.

The difference between a low capper and a scratch golfer is that the low capper has a well grooved loft adding swing and the scratch golfer a well grooved ball first, then ground swing. Sorry guys. If this thing works for anybody, it would work for most low cappers.

Q: Does it come with a dvd?

No, it does not come with a DVD, but you do not need one. Just look for Impact Snap videos on YouTube. All the instruction you need is there. The objective is to get the weight to "click" at the bottom of the downswing. This is a fantastic training aide. I increased my distance on every club an average of 15 yards.
