This spa came with the cover mid side flaps at the cover fold off or falling off. Can't even find any stitching to where the mid flaps that are used to keep the steam in are a part of the spa cover and important. The side exterior walls once unwrapped show a nice color, but part of the exterior walls show uneven applied top coat. Hopefully, they'll either fix the unattached flaps or the cover itself. We will see. There is no easy opening for the electrical to enter the spa, so you have to make your own hole it appears. Not the best thought out spa I've owned or purchased. I hope it operates better than it appears.Also, can't locate an operation manual anywhere. Looked inside the filter area thinking they put it there for safety.? IDK...I guess I shouldn't buy such a unit online? Maybe my bad....

Went to local pool spa store and they wanted around 12k for everything. Purchased here for 4200 plus 5% rewards and added electric myself for total cost around 4700. Jets are powerful and fits 4 people comfortable. Instructions need multiple readings because they put multiple spa instructions into one manual. Had small damage on side due to shipping. But overall very happy with purchase. I have been using it since May 2019. Motor does shut off after 15 minutes or so. Thought it was a problem but that is a safety precaution. Just press button to turn on again. If you want to saved money then this is the best way to go.

Ive had this hot tub for almost 2 yrs now. Looks great when you get it but the sun will fade the panels. The cover is cheap. Stitching is not impressive. The instructions and operating manual do not even go to this hot tub. Ive had this thing stop working multiple times now. Keeps overheating and the sensors are always "not balanced" and need replaced. Ive reset it multiple times and did everything the book (for another hot tub) says. This thing is just a big pain in the ass. Customer service is weak! They wont recommend anything to do or check for, just always say to have a technician come out. I only use this thing 4 months out of the year since it never really gets that cold here in Texas. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

We were a little skeptical about buying a hot tub online... But WOW!! What a great decision!! This hot tub is amazing!! The delivery guy was awesome! We bought some furniture dollies, a bunch of 1" PVC pipes, and invited a few friends over to help us move it in to place.We've had it now for a little over a month and we love it! We've had issues with it. Some how our sons had put it in a continuous filter mode.... But my husband was able to fix that and reprogram it fairly easy.Today we added a Cover Mate 3 to help with removing and replacing the cover (you can see it in the picture).
