Fake patches
The patches are fake. I have bought these patches so many times, but the quality has always been good. This time I got 4 packtes and all 4 has fake patches which looks like just a thin sheet of tape and doesnt work on skin

Fine but not repurchase worthy
They work fine but don’t work ask well we my holy grail cosrx one. Great as a backup if cosrx is out of stock but for me, it doesn’t completely help clean out the gunk and my pimples take more time to heal with this than the cosrx.

Quality has changed
When I first ordered the product which was 6-8 months back the quality was great. It used to work within 6 hours! But now when I ordered it again the quality has degraded, so much that it doesn't even stick to the skin.
