I have an issue with Soy and it is hidden in many products. You need to know what's in your vitamins as many supplements put low grade or cheaper formulary substances or substitutes. As an example, Soy oil fatty extracts for Vitamin D, but unless you do the research, you would never know and think you're nuts because manufactures are not required to disclose extract sources for supplements, but their product sure as heck seems to be causing you a reaction....

I am a male in my 50s. I am always looking for products that can help support my quality of life. I try to eat as healthy as possible however I am also aware that many of our foods how much cells now are lacking in true minerals and vitamins do you to the way they are ground. A supplement may help fill in some of these holes. Again this one is made of natural Whole Foods which I am all for. I much rather have natural vitamins than synthetic man-made. These are easy to swallow capsules. I have not noticed any negative side effects while taking him yet at the same time have not noticed a big difference positive either. I will continue to take them hoping that they are actually giving my body some added support. So far I have been staying healthy which could be a benefit from them. Things like this are always hard to tell what’s really taking place within the body. Overall seems like a good product.

I feel my brain is fuzzy with this one

I use the womens 40+ one a day version for myself, and like it a lot. So when I saw that they carried a mens version, I got it for my husband. Usually I get him gummies (easier to take, to remember to take, to want to take), but I figured a single capsule shouldnt be asking too much of his effort, haha. I like the brand, have been pleased with it. I prefer a whole food vitamin for myself- less likely to experience nausea. Always feel good when I take this multi, no complaints or comments from husband.

My spouse and I have been big fans of the Bluebonnet vitamins for years. They are more expensive, but the whole foods involved are purportedly better for absorption. If that's true, these could actually be a better value (depending on the relative absorptions across the whole spectrum of vitamins involved).With the levels of fat-soluble vitamins in there (and the other vitamins I take based on my genetics/individual needs), I'm taking one every other day. That way I don't have as big a worry about the fat-soluble vitamins building up in my system.The pills are big, but not big for a multivitamin and you only need to take one.The exp. date is a year and four months from when I got it.Enjoy—and best of health to you!

I really like the way this company makes its vitamins. The whole food approach seems like a solid idea to me and my body seems to really favor these.5 stars!
