Love this stuff!
Like everyone else with stainless appliances, I had issues with streaking and fingerprints. It drove me nuts, almost to the point where I regretted buying stainless. I googled and researched and tried umpteen different solutions, and none of them worked. I came across this stuff and figured, "Hey, I can try this and if it doesn't work, then all I'm out is a few bucks."Well, let me tell ya. I LOVE this stuff! I really do. It does have a fruity smell, but I think it smells good. Some people have sensitive noses, I guess. There is a TECHNIQUE to using it though, so unless you're able to devote a couple minutes to cleaning your appliances properly, don't bother buying it. That being said, here is what I do:1. Spray a microfiber cloth with 2 or 3 sprays and apply to the entire stainless surface of the appliance(s) (dishwasher and stove, in my case)and rub thoroughly, working the product on. Shouldn't take but a minute, honestly.2. Take a clean and DRY microfiber cloth and go back over the entire stainless surface, buffing like you would if you were waxing a car. If you don't buff enough, you'll have streaks. End of story. If you spend a couple minutes buffing the surface, it doesn't matter if you go horizontally, or vertically or in circles, it'll sparkle. It takes me MAYBE 2 minutes max, to get my dishwasher sparkly clean like it was brand spanking new.In order to save on laundry, I save the drier microfiber cloth for use for the next time I clean the appliances, which in my case, is every day after dinner. It is IMPORTANT that you use a dry cloth to buff or it'll streak to all get out. I'm a hardcore microfiber cloth user, I use them for everything and love them. So, spend a few minutes with this stuff and your appliances will, indeed, be streak free-until the next time water gets spilled down the front or a toddler with gummy fingers touches them. Take it in stride, and carry on!

Happy about this purchase.....
I bought a new stove that is black and had stainless steel on the handle, drawer, and panel where the knobs are. I will admit that I am not a fan of stainless steel and would not have bought this stove if it was all stainless. But it was an amazing deal on a Samsung stove and I had to get it. I was worried about the stainless always looking dirty because of finger prints and splatters. I have learned that there are different grades of stainless just like gold and silver. I have learned that certain grades are more resistant of stains and finger prints. I had no other appliances that were stainless steel so I needed some cleaner. We are clean freaks in this house! I know this and I fully accept it! My first thought was to buy wipes because they are so easy and work well. I have them in a lot of my cleaners. But we cook from scratch at least two meals a day and wipes would be too expensive. I read the reviews and decided to give this chance. The price was also acceptable to me. I read the instructions after it arrived and used it. I was leery about how well it would work but it works beautifully! I just need a couple sprays and the whole area is nice and clean. It doesn't leave streaks or dry spots. And maybe it is because of the grade of my stainless steel. I have no idea what the grade is - but I have no complaints about this product. I will buy more when I run out.

It's Better than Anything Else That I Have Tried
My advice to anyone who is considering buying a steel refrigerator..................don't. I don't know what the front of the appliance is, but try to put a magnet on it, and you will quickly learn that it is NOT stainless steel. (The sides hold the magnet, though). One of the first things that I found was that the metal showed every fingerprint, splash etc. I had attempted to clean the 'fridge with other products, but it was not doing much of a job. In fact, the surface looked, in a word, "lousy".I learned about Affresh through doing some research. I do think that it is the best of the bunch of "steel" cleaners around. One has to wipe the metal along with the grain. Great. If you don't go EXACTLY with the grain, it will show streaks. I find that I can do a pretty good job with the top of my three door refrigerator, as each door is not too wide, but forget about the freezer bottom. I usually end up with an even line two thirds of the way across, and a dip at the end.If you got caught up in the "steel refrigerator" frenzy, Affresh is probably the best choice to prevent you from pulling your hair out of your head when attempting to make it look "showroom new".Update: Throw away those products that purport to clean steel appliances. Someone told me to do this: A little white vinegar on a rag will clean the appliance. After cleaning, take a small amount of baby oil, and wipe it all over the appliance. You don't have go with the grain, like you have to do with products made specifically for that purpose. If you see a mark, just wipe it with a clean rag. The thin layer of oil will make the appliance look like new. I find that I have to do a thorough cleaning of the appliance much less often than with a product made especially for that purpose. Remember though, you want a THIN layer of oil all over the steel. Try it. I think that you will be amazed!!

Would be great if the overall coverage went about 3x's further...
The wipes do work incredibly well, BUT they only work well on a small surface area for a short time, so you need a LOT of wipes... I needed 2 wipes and a paper towel to do the fridge, 2 wipes an a paper towel for the stove, another wipe for the trash compactor, and another wipe for the dishwasher... plus a wipe to go back and do touch-ups. (And you really do need more wipes - the solution that leaves it looking shiny and clean and streak free dries out fast, and once it's gone the wipe itself is pretty much useless....)Using 7 wipes (in a 35 wipe container) to do a basic freshening up of the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen feels a little excessive to me.
