I take these for panic and anxiety. I don't know why the just Sedalia ones aren't out anymore. They worked the best for me. But these have sedalia in it. Not as effective, but still helpful.

I tried these tablets hoping they would ease my daily stress. They do seem to help me feel a bit calmer, but the effect is pretty mild. Easy to take and no bad taste, but I didn’t notice a major change overall.

I was reading reviews and one said that it works great for sensitive people - those who have bad reactions to prescription meds etc. I am one of those people. It can be incredibly frustrating because I just want to go to the doctor and take meds without worry but I’m too sensitive to most and have lots of reactions. Might be worth noting I have MCAS which may contribute, I don’t know for sure though. But when I read the review that had someone sensitive like me having a good experience I immediately purchased. These do work for me! Very happy, ordered more.
