It's not the same
They must have changed the formula because it's slightly different from the classic star balm. The smell, viscosity and color is slightly off.Still difficult to open though.

A good all-purpose remedy
This balsam is excellent for colds, headaches, even with insect bites. The consumption is small, it is applied pointwise. Good, natural composition.

One from Tarkov? YUP!
THIS is the one from the game and it has the Russian Letters on it and at 4grams. There are many uses for it other than just being a Prop from the game. On Youtube search "14 helpful uses for "golden star balm" you may not know." It's a little over priced for this individual one, so i also got the 3x3gram pack as well, which is also $10.
