Thanks to LRIPL to have made a product like this, it is very much use for the TV Brands which are short lived. I have been searching for a remote for my INFOCUS tv is currently not in market. There were no choices. LRIPL service team is very helpful to find me a alternate option. Sadly, this remote is completely useless and an utter waste of money.I have used multiple universal remotes in the past 15 years, ranging from the basic to the very premium. Some were just replacements for other remotes, the better ones have macros you can set so one click will turn on multiple devices, set the right input etc.When buying this, I knew it's not a very fancy remote. I knew it cannot set macros, but will just replace 3-4 remotes.Sadly it cannot even do that.Let's start with the most basic function - the TV. They mention Sony as a compatible device, but the 'Home' button on the remote doesn't work at all no matter what Sony code is used. That in itself is a huge flaw. No point to the remote if one of the main buttons doesn't work.I have an amplifier/av receiver I was hoping to be able to use with this as well. Nothing too fancy, just be able to turn it on, off and change the volume. Wasn't even looking to change the source. Sorry, no codes for that. Alright, let's try the learn function? Nope. Didn't work.When I reached out to customer support, they sent me a link to a video which was basically useless (same instructions as the manual I had to download). Didn't work. Customer Service turned out to be quite useless and insisted I take the issue up with Amazon, though they are the people who make the remote. Wow. Thanks for nothing guys.Tried using it to turn my AC on and off. In the past all Universal Remotes I've had that work on IR (like this one does) have been able to at least learn the function to switch on/off the AC. Nope this can't even do that properly. The button is the same on the AC remote, so I can switch the AC on (was able to do that at least with the learn function). Switching it off though? Sorry, that doesn't work. What do customer service have to say? Oh it's not designed to work with AC's.All in all, an utter waste of money. I know it's really cheap, but it's not even worth that much sadly. Don't buy this product, you'll just be left completely disappointed. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Sadly, Amazon doesn't let you do that.

Using it to control TV and STB and also used the learn function to control AC and Fan...All in one

Pairing of TV and set top box worked fine. But when you want to make the remote learn volume for TV from within the DTH key, it doesn't work. Looks like keys from one remote can be mapped only to one device key.

Not able to pair with Airtel DTH

Buttons are very small. bulky and learn feature also does not work correctly. I have purchased this to control TV, Set top box, and Soundbar. While programming, some of the buttons does not work. As such remote is bulky and the buttons are small. Not very easy to use. Customer service also does not respond.

It seems the universal remotes are not much in demand.. after my last one stopped working, I didn't find many decent options anywhere. This one by Earthma seemed to fit the bill.. and gotta say I'm happy with it after its arrived.- Very easy to setup and use. Quite good ergonomics.- Scanning paired the remote with my Indian-brand tv too which was great cause the previous ones didn't recognise it and I had to program the tv buttons manually using the "Learn" function which was painful.. that's a great "plus" for Earthma- Some of the button placements could have been better for more logical convenience, but that's getting very picky.. it's not a problem at all, I just customised those buttons manually to functions I like. In fact I program some most used tv functions on unused buttons in DTH mode so I don't have to switch between modes to operate my tv and DTH together.- the package/box was broken and open and the whole box was wrapped in bubble wrap and cellotape, but that wasn't a deal breaker cause the remote looked new and worked perfectly well.- Its a functional remote, not high on aesthetics and not in the league of the best branded ones across the world.. but it does the job well and looks good quality which may last a while.Overall.. its a good universal remote for multi-devices. Go for it!
