Q: Does anyone know where the skinny little hose with with plastic vent goes?

It's been over 8 years since I installed this on my s10 but the long hoses and one is skinny with a vent or valve on it stay together and get attached up by the nut on the coolant reservoir where they are too high to suck in any significant water or aerosolized water. I no Longer have my s10. Also the 30 amp breaker was concealed within the passenger side fender. You had to take out the battery. There isn't much space so it's kind of a pain to take out the battery and carefully thread all the tubes to where you want them. Bottom line if all else fails just elevate all the tubes that are or might be intake as high a s possible if you know it's an outlet or drain hose, leave it low.

Q: How can i get the instructions they were not in the kit.

Everything will be the same as the old unit except that this one has a longer hose which corrected the problem of water getting into the pump on my s10. The end of the longer hose ends up being positioned between the coolant reservoir and the battery. You're going to have to remove the battery. The air pump is located behind a Plastic shield beneath the radiator. This shield must be removed for access. The 30 amp fuse for the unit is in its own fuse block in the right fender behind the battery. These are instructions for installation on a chevy s10. If the old pump died that 30 amp fuse is probably blown.

Q: will this work on a 2002 cadillac Deville standard base model?

I do not think it will. May want to check out part number ac delco 19303240 that may point u into the right direction

Q: 2001 chevrolet truck blazer 2wd 4.3l sfi 6cy will it fit on this veh.

I'm not sure. I purchased it for my 2003 2.2liter 4 cylinder S10 and it fit perfectly. Not sure about 4.3 liter. Check with a Chevy dealer, they will have the most info.
