No. Just off the bat I see it has pirates booty in it which has cheese.

Do the boxes have an expiration date?

I don’t know. I shipped it to the travel nurses in NYC as a donation.

Do these contain salt?

I am guessing that these snacks do contain salt. I sent them as a gift to a nurse so I am presuming she thought they were OK as she praised the variety of the packs.

Not worth the cost

Came overnight it's a bunch of loose fruit snacks , granola bars, and tea bags... Definitely not worth the cost. It would be nice if it were 20 bucks. I buy bundles like these every single month for my kids snack bar and had high hopes for this one but its just 'meh"
