Lasts
Lasts quite a while before he figured out how to untie a shred the ends. Still playing tug of war with it though.

My dog 100% prefers Playology ropes vs. Regular Ropes
These really must be scented with something because my dog chooses this one over regular ropes! The size large is perfect for my English Bulldog. They don’t smell to us humans (which I also like) and last really well!5 stars!

My dog’s absolute favorite toy for playing tug-o-war
My dog absolutely loves this rope. She brings it to me every morning and drops it in the shower while I’m trying to get ready for work. She brings it to me when I’m trying to put my socks on. Have you ever tried to pull on a sock with one hand while playing tug-o-war with the other? The nice big knots make it easier, but it’s still more fun for the dog than it is for me. My dog is a 25 lb cocker spaniel, by the way. When I first ordered this I was concerned that it might be too big for her, but she absolutely loves it.

Tough toy
My two Aussies play tug with this rope daily and it has held up quite well. No fraying or losing pieces.

Dog loves it
My dog loved it while he had it. It lasted for a little over a couple months, which is longer than most other rope toys. My dog is power chewer so he caused it to fray within a couple days, but it stayed intact pretty well. Only downside is that the fibers that come out are very fine and I was worried about him swallowing too much of it.
