My blood work at the doctor confirms that these work! Solid value. Each serving is TWO capsules, not one. They add horny goat weed to the mix so I don't need to buy that separately. They're easy with to swallow and they don't give me vitamin burps. I can't taste them as long as I swallow them within about ten seconds.

A good quality supplement. Provides a broad range of vitamins and minerals for daily health support. I'm personally able to maintain normal vitamin D levels on blood panels from this product. The B complex provides sufficient energy throughout the day.

The spell is almost unbearable. You also have to take two capsules. I can't imagine using these after almost vomiting at my desk. I've used a lot of different Nutricost products, and this is the only one that smells like taking a pill in a room with a couple of decomposing rats. The vitamin's themselves are fine. I appreciate the addition of horny goat weed, but no.
