Very Happy - Experienced Gym Goer
I had read a review before purchasing that worried me into thinking this was going to be some cheap junky machine. If you are used to top of the line gym equipment in the thousands of dollars this machine 'might' not be the right fit for your use at home. I find it to be a great unit. I have purchased elliptical's in the same price range 200-500 dollars and they were indeed flimsy, unstable and cheaply made. The 150i is heavy duty in comparison and I am VERY happy I made this purchase. The machine is tall and impressive. I am a 45 year female and I was able to assemble this myself. It took me patience and time but the directions were outstanding and hardware was labeled perfectly. The grease was not in a cheep bottle, it was the good stuff. Had I assembled the entire thing at once I think it would have taken me 2-3 hours done correctly. When all nuts and bolts are tightened and torqued CORRECTLY, parts are greased as instructed it does not wobble, sway or squeak. It's solid. I almost bought a treadmill and I am just grateful I chose this one. If you are looking for a machine in this price range, this is it. The one other review I read tells me it was not put together right. I had no problems with any parts breaking, no squeaking.

Great elliptical for the price
Package arrived in very rough conditions. Box was basically ripped open. Luckily nothing inside was damaged. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. Took me by myself less than 2 hours to assemble with no help. There was one bolt i had to hammer into the hole because it wouldn't fit, but other than that easy to assemble. Very sturdy. I'm 5'10, I wish the stride was just a little longer, but for the price this works amazing. It's very quiet if greased as instructions say. Fits in my small bedroom apartment perfectly.

Well made and smooth Elliptical for a great price!
I am amazed how well this machine works for such a great price. We tried a few others around the price range and they were rough and poorly made. This one was super easy to assemble (1 hour) for me and my wife to put it together. I would compare it to the $600 Nordictrack without the bells and whistles on the screen like they have. I find that stuff unnecessary but that could just be me. Only negative thing I have on it is the IFit app the works on it. Costs a lot of money for just keeping stats. Horribly done app and way to much money for the little it does.

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased this elliptical back at the beginning of April, it just arrived. So it took over a month to even ship. It was just dropped off in front of my garage and I couldn't even move the box. I had to open it outside in front of my garage and then carry it piece by piece downstairs into my basement. This process alone took at least an hour. What a pain. Then trying to put this thing together was not the easiest, the directions are very vague and the only thing that really was helpful in them was the pictures. That's the only reason I was able to even get this thing together. Not all of the tools that you need are provided as it says. You also need a wrench and a screwdriver. I was not offered expert assembly for free or even at a cost like other customers are saying they did. Putting this elliptical together took me almost three hours. I finally get the thing together and the screen won't even turn on. I bought a brand new pack of batteries just for the elliptical, so I know it wasn't the batteries. I played around with it, taking the batteries in and out, which isn't easy to do because of the placement of them, with no luck. The screen is black, no noise, nothing. So I try calling the customer service for the elliptical and it keeps hanging up on me because they don't have my cell phone number associated with an account. Like what?? I couldn't get through, I tried and tried but it just kept hanging up on me. So I then tried calling amazon's customer service in hopes that someone there could help me out. I got some man that could barely speak English and I couldn't understand a thing he was saying to me. So that wasn't helpful either. Now I'm stuck with this stupid elliptical that's all put together and ready to use and I can't use it because it doesn't work and I can't get anywhere with customer service. I can't even use it without it being on because it must be default set at its highest resistance setting and I can barely use it for a minute. I have been so excited to finally get an elliptical, but couldn't afford to spend $1,000 + dollars on one. So when I found this one for $300 and it had so many good reviews, I couldn't pass it up. I guess I should have.

A safe buy
Solid piece of equipment and wasn't even that difficult to assemble! If you have a spare 2-3 hours save yourself some money and do it on your own. Putting this thing together was a piece of cake, instructions are very easy to follow and they give you all the tools as mentioned in a lot of the other reviews. I've had it for almost a month now and it still works great, no squeaking and no rattling, especially no sounds that are concerning. Was a little skeptical at first about purchasing this but it's excellent, definitely gives me a great workout!Edit: If you have trouble getting the console to start working you need to hold down the "iFit Sync" button above the "Manual" button for a couple of seconds. The online activation is for extra features I think. You'll get your basic features like calorie count, time, distance, etc. I had the same issue so there you go!

Great Elliptical, Just Ignore Controls
I bought this machine a couple weeks ago. It is quite sturdy even on my carpeted floor. I'm 4' 11" and my husband is 5' 10" and we can both use this machine comfortably. It took me about four hours to assemble it, almost entirely by myself. If you take the time to grease and torque properly, the machine is whisper quiet. The calorie counts are unreliable and the pulse counter doesn't seem to be consistent, so I recommend using the distance, time, speed and rpm numbers but ignore everything else. I'm giving it five stars on the basis that it does precisely what I want to to do for an amazing price. If you want to get more accurate heart rate monitoring, I recommend a different device. For more accurate calorie estimates, use a formula with the speed, time and your current weight.
