They sent us a new one
We loved this swing for the month we were able to use it. It sadly did not last longer than a month before one of the cords fell off. I am so glad it didn’t happen with my small baby inside. This could have been very scary. I am disappointed in the quality and no opportunity to get my money back. We also invested in extra straps to install and that was money lost as well.EDITED: They were able to send me a new one after I sent and email. The new one has held up great! We are very happy with the swing now.

The media could not be loaded. My 9 month old daughter loves this swing. Other friends and cousins up to 4 years old also enjoyed it very much. I think the kids feel safe in the ‘little egg’.

Just buy it!
My daughter LOVES her swing! It’s great quality and sturdy. I do think the price is a little high though. Either way, I would highly recommend and I know we will be getting plenty of use out of it.

Used and opened!
Item arrived in a huge box. Good thing I opened it before giving it as a gift. The packaging on the item was torn open and the item was dirty. Makes a yucky baby gift for that reason. It also came late, so I didn't have time to reorder..

Baby loves it.
Baby loves it. Easy to assemble. Harness still a little loose on baby tho and baby is 20 pounds.
