Yes I liked this book easy recipes for losing weight although being a senior and not very agile I thought the fat content a bit high for me but would cut down on that have tried some of the recipes and enjoyed them

good recipes
To eat a lot and tasty and lose weight at the same time. Isn't it the dream for most of the people? As a man, i try to stick to the healthy diet but it's always complicated because im not a good cook. This book is a good find for me because it has a lot of easy recipes with basic ingredients that i can buy in the nearest supermarket. Eating healthy and tasty is finally easy. Very handy book that i read regularly. Probably will buy paperback because using my kindle in the kitchen is a little uncomfortable

It's a great recipe book.
This is the perfect recipe book for anyone who wants to get started on a low carb diet. It has a great introduction to the low-carb diet and then jumps right into listing some really good tasting recipes. I like that they broke it up into sections to make it easier for the reader to find the type of recipe that they are looking for. It has a section for main dishes, one for side dishes, and they even have a section for snacks. It's a great recipe book.

Low Carb recipes it’s help people to maintain good weight, avoid diseases, diabetes and etc. And I find it very interesting when I read it. Low Carb has 77 best delicious recipes that lowers carbohydrate comes from organic ingredients. It’s also advisable to choose me meal that lessens carbohydrates. This gave more really good recipes and also very easy to cook.
