I am new to dry brushing, after a lot of research and looking at different brushes and reviews, I finally got into research overload and went with these. Mainly because I was sick of looking, stressing and researching. I’m so glad I did!!! These are great! No shredding of bristles, bristles are not too hard so they don’t feel like I’m cutting myself all over my body when I’m brushing. The different sizes, different shapes, and long handle back one are great for getting all over the body easily and comfortably. They also come with a great, convenient, little carrying bag to keep them all together when not in use. Would highly recommend this brush set!! Well worth the money!

I am 75 y/o and purchased these because I've lost weight and even tho I am weight training, the skin was getting like crepe paper. Believe it or not, it has helped over the last month. I use it 2-3 time a week and I do mine after my shower even tho it says should be done before. I'm very active though the day and sleep better at night after a shower. It has also help with my neuropathy pain in my legs and for my itchy back. I even like the little brush for your face and neck as it's helping with the wrinkles too.

To take a shower and enjoy the feeling of the water because your skin feels clean. Strong and the bristles feels like little hands a brush for every spot on the body.
