Is this a lubricator or a rust remover?

I have no idea but I want to try it now. It is an all natural product so probably wouldn’t harm it.

But it is important to remove the coating left by Superzilla before the surface is painted because the paint will have difficulty sticking to the Superzilla. The Superzilla coating can be removed with a strong solution of soap and water, rubbing alcohol and or paint thinners. All the best

Will this product remove paint that spilled and dried on ceramic tile?

I don't know but it is used to remove graffiti successfully so it is definitely worth trying.
