I purchased these to use in wedding reception centerpieces. I was specifically looking for a set of 12 tall lanterns. Initially I wanted white, but all the tall white lanterns went out of stock so fast I missed them. Thankfully, the black turned out to be a better choice anyway, as the venue is very rustic. The side panels are glass, not plastic, which is nice. The finish is good - they look like metal, but the frame is plastic. The included candle is bright enough for a table accent, as you can see in the photo.These lanterns came packaged very well… I was confident enough in the condition and sturdiness of the packaging to not open every single one since I still have to transport them to the venue. Prior to going on the tables in the centerpieces, they are going to light the bridal path, so the set of 16 (8 on each side) came in really handy!!! I feel like since these are doing double-duty, we will really be getting our money’s worth. Highly recommend this item, and the seller for the excellent packaging. 👍🏻

We used the lanterns to decorate for my son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party. It was so convenient to have them all on one remote! They really helped make the decor beautiful!

I like the remote to turn the lamps on and off. Battery life was good. Beautiful for centerpieces

Looking for lanterns for our wedding and needed quite a few. This was the perfect option for us. Great value for quality product. I couldn't find a better deal for lanterns than this one. I didnt notice if the timer function actually worked, but they looked perfect for our day. The light was a little bit too orange for me, but also made it look like a real flame. Showed up great in pictures.

We bought these for an outdoor wedding. We expected them to be a lot brighter than they were. 2 of the 16 were broken - waiting to hear from the seller what they will do to make that right. They were super cute, made for great centerpieces with mason jars and baby's breath on wood rounds. Yellow light, our only concern was that they weren't bright enough. Would be great for an indoor wedding with additional lighting inside.

These candles came fast and in perfect condition. The directions are confusing. When you put it ‘on’ timer the light goes off, and when you turn it to ‘off’ the light goes on. Other than that we were very happy with this purchase. We are using them for our wedding reception on a riverboat cruise at the end of September.

Bought these lanterns to put on shepherd's hooks for Christmas last year. They looked great and held up great through the holiday season. But when I took them out this year to put them up 5 out of 16 would no longer light.
