Cannot be thermoformed at 200 degrees as stated. I placed it in boiling water (212 degrees) for 20-30 minutes and the piece would not even bend. I baked it in the oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes and 250 degrees for an additional 15 minutes. At that point it was just beginning to be moldable but you would have to be quick. ABS plastic is supposed to reach a glass transition state at 221 degrees. Never came close to that. Product might be okay for basic projects that do not require molding or forming or combined with chemicals, but do not expect to do much with just heat.
