This type of brace was suggested by my doctor to help with my knee pain. The price is low, so worth it to try and see if it helps. It is comfortable. You can adjust how tight you want it with the velcro straps. It does seem to ease the pain in my knee since it is due to a pulled tendon.

It stabilizes well—-if you are looking for pain relief, I would suggest to add some type of pain relief medication.

I don't usually leave reviews but this product forces me too. Im about 6 1/2 months out from ACL and Meniscus surgery and for the most part I was able to do regular work outs(Squats, Leg press etc) but jumping or running was very uncomfortable . One i put this product on it turned the pain down to about a 2 or 3 which is a big difference as before I was terrified to even try running or jumping.It works great for me , the only thing i can say that isnt great is just getting use to having something wrapped around your knee area, but once you get pass that its great.

The quality is very good and the color was pretty cool, but did not feel that they addressed my meniscus tear as well as I would’ve liked

Just had my knee meniscus surgically repaired, & during PT, I was encouraged to get a knee brace which has helped give me more stability. I really like these bc they help control the muscle group that I’m concentrating on during therapy.

Didn’t do what it used for it was to small
