Yes they do stretch. Soft & squishy. They won't comically/cartoons stretch while theyrenin the squared mold. More like a little more than real ears.

Q: what are the measurements of the silicone frame?

2 1/2" x 3 3/4" material is extremely soft and "moveable"

Q: Can you reuse them for piercings? And if so, do you see the previous hole?

yes you can use them many times and the previous hole does not show, but if you use a marker pen that stays in the rubber.
