The Anatomy of Change: A Way to Move Through Life's Transitions Second Edition

Life changing
Like all of Strozzi's books, it feels like my body read the book and my mind tagged along - There is a way they permeate our normal ways of learning and knowing. This book in particular has a way of naming and articulating the stages of change that are very helpful. A must for coaches, therapists and embodied healers.

Embodied healing
Addresses integration on a somatic level. Easy to read and understand, he Heckler writes in a personal and experienced way. It’s been very helpful while I move through big transitions in my life, and at helping me notice how my ability to be in my body, present and grounded, influences the way I interact in the world.

A winner
The way this is written feels very authentic to me and true. I found it helpful and gave two as gifts to therapist friends.

Most amazing book right now!
...and I haven't even gotten out of the First Chapter! I have to go back several times to reread the sections I've highlighted. I connect with the flow of writing and content. Highly recommend it!

The Bible for Somatics
One of the most brilliant and insightful books I've ever read. If you are interested in somatics (the body in its wholeness), this is a must-read.
