Aveda Tulasara Wedding Masque Eye Overnight for Women, 0.5 Fl Oz

I have been using Aveda hair care products for years. I had received a sample of this eye cream with an order and liked it, and since it was a little less expensive from this seller, I ordered it. As eye creams go, it is mid-priced, but it is still more than I have ever paid for an eye cream. I like it because it is soothing to the sensitive eye area, non-irritating, moisturizing yet light, and with regular use at night, I did see a difference in the appearance of the skin around the eyes. It contains ingredients which are known to give a lift to the skin and plump out fine lines, and it has other ingredients that are nourishing to the skin. If you have deep dark circles and bags under your eyes, you may not notice much difference. I am in my early 60's and do not have deep wrinkles or dark circles, but I wake up looking more rested. A little goes a long way, so no need to lay it on thick to get results. I almost NEVER buy eye creams, so I guess I am fairly impressed with it.

I hesitated to buy because of cost, BUT it is ONE OF ONLY 6 PRODUCTS RECOMMENDED BY ALLURE MAGAZINE IN IT'S 2017 BEST OF BEAUTY MAGAZINE! This has been the only moisturizer to get rid of a great deal of the creepiness under my eyes in just one month - using at night only, See application hints below:I've found the most effective way to use is: 1) Place ring finger on cream for about 1 minute while in jar. This is to warm and soften it. This allows you to use the least amount possible. NEXT, move your ring finger in tiny circles to help the cream "melt." 2) THEN, place a small amount under inner eye and tap or press LIGHTLY! Continue until you've completed under eye and crow's feet, adding more "melted" cream as needed. 3) I also put it on my upper eye area. Just don't get too much on upper eye because it "travels" a bit as it continues to be warmed by your skin and WILL GET IN YOUR EYE. 4) Putting this cream on is your last step if you layer products for your eyes (i.e. after serums, etc.). 4) Improved results with continued use! See interesting fact below:Do you know WHY you should ALWAYS USE YOUR RING FINGER TO APPLY EYE PRODUCTS??? It's because it is your weakest finger! You never want to pat or press harder than LIGHT patting or pressing of your ring finger. Never drag or smooth eye products because that stretches the skin, resulting in more/deeper wrinkles. Love this product. One jar lasted me 15 months, and I use it every night. My eyes were starting to get the puffy circles underneath them and i couldn’t find anything that helped till I tried Wedding Masque. I also switched my workout times from evening to going at 4:45am. I didn’t want the to worry about trying to conceal the puffy bags. So I bought this product and gave it a try and I’m so happy I did. Once I started using this my puffy eyes were gone. I would definitely recommend this product. I just ordered my 2nd jar!

Update on product. At first was not sure of product. I’ve have been using it awhile now and it is worth every penny!! I highly recommend this to everyone!! I will definitely buy again!!

I had to return because I ordered the wrong thing. I’m sure it’s fine — like all Aveda products.
