Am a RN and medical supplier who wanted to try an alternative to the Jobst medical/surgical weight anti embolism panty hose, a brand I have personally been using for about 20 years already. When ! find a product that positively performs, I tend to stick with it. Ordered only one pair to try and am quite satisfied with both the quality and the fit. Will probably be ordering more of these to replace my other Jobst pantyhose products that have outlived their lifetime use by being stretched out and have gaping holes in the heels. The AMES brand is about 1/3-1/4 the cost of the Jobst brand name products. Nice wide waist banding to discourage downward rolling as well as bunching. Uniformity of coloring and material thickness from toe to waist. You need to make sure the hose are donned evenly up the leg to prevent a tourniquet effect. Quality product. Value-based pricing! So glad I ordered them!!!

These hose are comfortable and give great support. I uses gloves to put them on. I had been wearing knee highs, these waist high hose keep edema (swelling) down all day. I bought Jobst knee highs and within 2 weeks they had holes in toe. These compression hose are excellent in quality. I have had them 3 weeks and they have no condition problems. I am a nurse so I am on my feet for hours every day. I highly recommend AW brand.

I’m a man and need these for arthritis and knee stability. The compression is excellent and even across the leg. They are thick, but can see skin if you wear them with shorts around the knee and lower thigh. Great coverage around ankles when wearing under pants.

Unbelievably itchy and the waist was way too tight. Plus, the seller doesn’t offer the normal Prime refund. It’s a hassle to return and you pay for shipping.
