DownyBall Automatic Dosing Dispenser (Single Ball)

I’ve been really impressed with the Downy Fabric Softener Dispenser Balls. They make laundry so much easier by taking the guesswork out of when to add fabric softener. Instead of waiting for the rinse cycle since I don't have a dispenser on my older machine, I just fill the ball with softener, close it, and toss it in with the wash. It automatically releases the right amount at the perfect time, which saves me from hovering around the machine.The design is simple but very effective—no leaks or mess, and it’s easy to clean afterward. I also appreciate that it works in both top-loading and older washing machines where automatic dispensers aren’t always available. Clothes come out soft, fresh, and static-free without the extra hassle.Overall, this little tool is inexpensive, convenient, and surprisingly reliable. They work as attended where I live people borrow these once in awhile and forget to give them back packet of four works great for me they definitely serve the purpose and do what they're supposed to do

I toss one in, walk away, and my clothes come out smelling like a Pinterest board labeled “Fresh Heaven.” If your washer forgot how to adult, these balls are your new best friend. 10/10 would recommend—mainly so you don’t lose your sanity timing rinse cycles like you’re disarming a bomb.They’re like tiny laundry butlers who never complain or ask for a tip.

The dispenser works just like it should and makes laundry easier, but I only needed one. Having to buy a 3-pack feels unnecessary and kind of wasteful. One would’ve been plenty.

Very practical and easy to use. Just fill it with fabric softener, place it in the washer, and it releases it at the right time. Saves time and prevents spills.

Have used the Downey ball for 20 years. My original ball finally broke so these were replacements. Hopefully I will not need 3. The only difference I noticed is the opening is smaller on these.

Years ago, I had one of these Downy Balls and it worked great!! This one.. not really. I am finding that no matter how I use it, at the end of the load there is still 1/2 to 3/4 of softner still in the ball!I do love how it is intended to make using fabric softener easy with a quick toss of the ball in the wash. Definitely delivering soft, fresh laundry every time. Such a great concept! I would challenge you to try it yourself.. maybe my issue is my top loading washer for some reason . Hopefully your top loader will do fine with it. Such a gift if it will work for you !

Works as advertised. Only works on top loader machunes, not front loaders. Well-made. I use it to add vinegar to final rinse as our water is hard.
