Very well-built, although I preferred the old style which used padlocks. Lots of room. Lots of pockets.

Love the size, security features, and simple look. This is literally exactly what I wanted. I needed a computer backpack for work and family trips and I always worry about someone taking something while on public transit. This bag relieves some of those concerns. I like that the look is simple and it easily holds my laptop, external keyboard, notebooks, sweatshirt, water, etc. I have zero complaints and look forward to taking it out of the country in December.

Wow, this is a very nice backpack with some great features. I bought for husband who is 6' and it fit well on his back. I am 5'3" and no way did this fit well on me. I was able to put some of my stuff in his backpack when we traveled. My backpack is smaller. It fit well under the seat on the plane.

Good security but added some thin lightweight carabiners for even more security. Expensive so watch for sales. Relatively large especially in the length. Decent pockets.

Works as advertised! Excellent product. Takes a bit of getting used to the secure zippers but you can tell it will discourage most opportunistic thieves. Material is sturdy. Have taken it on a few trips over the summer and it held up great.

Things I like: 1). Easily accepts my 16' LG Gram laptop. 2). Security features are great. 3). Very roomy inside and can fit a lot of stuff. 4). When the straps do adjust properly, the backpack is fairly comfortable. Things I did not like: 1). The straps would loosen up each time I put the pack on my back, then I would have to take the backpack off to tighten them up, which would loosen up when I put the pack on again. 2). Also the side bottle holders do not hold bottles securely. They kept falling out. 3). The strap on the back to fit over the luggage handle is very small and tight. Trying to get the pack on and off was time consuming and difficult which is very irritating when you are trying to board a plane. Because of the straps, I do not recommend this product.

Love, love, love this backpack! Pacsafe Luggage Metrosafe 350 Gii Daypack I am a nursing professor/NP who is a DC-Balto commuter. Now I feel safe carrying my laptop, kindle, Ipad on the metro and the commuter train. This backpack also holds textbooks/papers/lunch without breaking my back. On my clinical days I throw in my medical equipment with no problem. I like the professional look, the light colored interior, the laptop pocket with stabilizing straps, the interior pockets for smaller stuff, and the way the zipper tabs lock. I like that it lies flat on my back, yet has a surprising amount of room. I no longer worry someone in the crowd is going to reach in and take my stuff or slash and run. The adjustable straps make this a very comfortable backpack for a 60+ professional woman. I tried a roller bag, but hate managing that on escalators that frequently break down. I also love that there is a matching pacsafe purse. Now I can comfortably carry my stuff hands free in a secure way on trains/planes and feel safe in the crowd. Excellent product!

I've been using the 15L Metrosafe for years to carry my laptop and a few file folders to and from the office. Since retired but still doing a little part-time work. No office so I'm carrying around more gear and needed to upgrade to a slightly larger pack. I have always been impressed with PacSafe and have two of their camera bags. Construction is solid and the security features simple but effective. It was a no brainer to look at PacSafe for a larger pack. The MetroSafe X has plenty of storage for my laptop, a few more folders, power/charging cables, mouse, portable drives, headphones, a few snacks and a lot more. Basically I carry almost everything I had stored in my old office desk, except maybe the external computer monitor. As a travel bag, I appreciate the security measures ranging from the wire mesh lining, secure zippers, cable straps and low-profile back pocket. Even as a work backpack, I can secure the backpack to discourage curious souls from pilfering pens, notepads or other gear stowed away. It's going to take some effort to get into this pack, effort that will take some time and attract attention. Highly recommend the PacSafe line.

I bought this in anticipation of a few international trips last year and it held so much! I never had to worry about anything happening to my belongings, and everything was nice and organized. Fits under airplane seats when fully packed too. Great purchase!

Bought this bag to go overseas with and provide me with some minimal security for my laptop and bits & bobs. It is an excellent bag and i am glad i bought it. however from the description i expected to be able to use the shoulder strap to securely anchor it to a stationary object to prevent theft. the strap only has a twist catch which they call a lock (it isn't...) that has a plastic clasp. this was a bit of a disappointment but luckily i already owned a cable lock which i lock to the top zip to secure it to a stationary object when needed. if you need additional security, then this completes the bag for me. if the shoulder strap had a pad-lockable feature and a metal clasp, it would have been a 5/5.
