You have to use this stuff right. You can not eat three big meals a day and then try to drink one of these as a side snack it will put on pounds quickly this is potent stuff. This is a real meal replacement . If your a person that only drinks fluids most of the day like a liquid diet and then have that one meal at night this will work. But if you eat sandwiches etc during the day and then try to drink this also you will gain more weight. If you work out everyday then you will lose weight but if you only workout maybe once or twice a week forget it. I like the chocolate better its rich and tasty i mix it with frozen fruit and make big smoothies.

The only way I can really lose weight without being hungry. I have tried every diet in the world, and this is the only diet I can live with for more than 3 months. In fact, when I do get down to my goal weight, I will continue having one shake for breakfast or lunch. The taste is so good and even if I wasn't on this diet, I would drink them for the taste. I do enjoy these shakes above all the other shakes I have tried. I do also like slim fast but the heavy vitamin taste and extra calories and price make Naturade a better choice for me. I hope Naturade continues to make this product because it has been a lifesaver for my health and well being. I also love the vanilla flavor and usually switch on and off between the two. I simply put in two scopes with very cold water and that is it. The easiest meal prep in the world.

I have used this as a meal replacement whenI don't have time to eat. It is lower in calories than other protein shakes. It has 13g of protein and 8g of sugar. It comes with a scoop. I mix it in very cold water. You do have to shake or stir it very vigorously since it is a powder.

I love this stuff, it tastes great with oat milk. However very little came in the container so it didn't last long. Too bad. I recommend if you are looking for taste and not care about the cost

I love the high protein, low sugary taste of yummy chocolate! I have a shake every day in place of one meal and I've lost 50 pounds in the past 6 months. I'm using it in addition to following the Intermittent Fasting program. Together, they work wonders!

This is probably by far the best flavored weight loss drink I have ever had! Its not chalky and has just enough sweet to make it perfect. I have now found my newest go to drink!
