It does work!
Bought this to tackle an awful looking oven door on a built in Jenn Air double oven. And when I say awful I mean awful, embarrassingly so. The top one gets most of the use and the door had so much burned on grease splatter that nothing would work.I tried letting Simple Green soak on the door for hours and it did nothing. Next I tried the hot water to the door then add baking soda then vinegar, then scrub with alum foil hack, that worked somewhat but not really even close to cleaning it. And in the process of doing this hack, the door became so saturated with liquid it ran off the door and down into the inner glass of both ovens leaving white drip streaks. This required me to remove both doors and take them both apart -- very annoying.I will say this about the baking soda/vinegar method -- if you have light to moderate build up inside and on the glass it may work -- its just very messy process. So after running out of non toxic ideas I turned to this product -- not to say this product is "toxic" but the other methods are. I was planning on using this outside (as I had to remove the oven door and disassemble to remove the inside streaks) so I was not worried about fumes and smell. I will note that you can smell the lemon scent and a bit of fumes, however, the spray out of the bottle is very light. By this I mean the pressure in the can is no where near a rattle can spray paint so there is not a lot of fumes thrown up in the air creating a big plume of overspray. Now if you have your head in the oven and are spraying it at the same time, this would not be ideal. Maybe open a few doors in the house to get a cross breeze to air it out while it sits. The product goes on in a light foam and dispenses quite evenly and easily. I left it on my door for about 3 hours. In my opinion you must let this product sit, it is not a magic liquid where the removal is immediate. After the three or so hours you can see it start to "melt" the hardened grease away. I cleaned up the door with paper towels and a wet sponge. This first application took the door to about 75% clean. I did another coat and left it for about two hours. Removed the product. This left the door at about 95%. Then I used a razor blade scraper to remove the stubborn specks that were left. they all came up well. After I used some water to get up the residue the best I could then some natural glass cleaner. Looks so good, can finally see inside with the light on.I plan to take the oven up to 500 to "burn off" any remaining residue just to be safe. I, like many others, don't typically like the idea of introducing chemicals near things that I consume, however with the condition of the oven door, I had no choice. With a little caution and common sense this product can be used safely and effectively.Would recommend and for the price, a great value.

Great stuff BUT!
I usually use this other BBQ cleaner on my stove, I ran out, so I went old school. The good news is this stuff really deep cleans, let it soak for 30 minutes or so, grab a scrub sponge and go to workThe bad, is the product has very toxic fumes. You'll have to leave the kitchen for a while. Then stupid me, I didn't use gloves so both hands are pealing....Next time I wouldn't let my stove top gets bad in the first place, second spray and make a dash for fresh air, wear gloves!!!

will give it another shot, but my expectations are low.
All day affair and I still had to buy a second canFirst can -did it clean my oven ? yes, sort of, it still had lots a grime, but it was cleaner.Did it let me wipe the mess away - Only for the newer dirty bits, anything grime older then a month seemed to stay behind.I sprayed and let it sit, to do it's thing. It did help but my oven wasn't anywhere near looking like the day I got it (which was in 2020, first can was used in oct 2023). It took hours, spraying it on and letting it sit was the easy part. Once I gloved up to start "wiping" away the mess, oh boy. dirtiest thing I have done. one little swipe of a sponge and rinse, little swipe rinse it was endless. grab some paper towels and a trash bag and tried that way. it took hours to get this clean enough to even use the oven again. It didn't even do that great of a job. my oven was still pretty grimey looking, it seemed to only get off the newest splatter and didn't even put a dent in anything older then a couple months. It was the older baked on splatter I needed softened up to scrub away. I can easily clean what this got on my own.was I removed as much as i could, I set on the task of making sure all the chemical cleaner was removed, wiping down with potable water. The was such a film left, took me 2 hours before the hazy film was gone.I bought a second can of this stuff, apparently torturing myself the first time wasn't enough. I still have that can. I'm honestly too scared to try to clean the oven with this again because it didn't work that great the first time and took literal hours, a ton of paper towels, and a few sponges.Doesn't soften up baked on grime that well. Does it work ? technically yes, with a lot of elbow grease and tools to scrape off everything it doesn't soften up.Unfortunately. I will torture myself again, I like giving things another shot, because sometimes I know it's more user error then product error. Now I know what to expect and am more prepared, so user error won't be as high.
