I am primarily a runner but I see these as a perfect burst of energy for anyone who likes to cycle. However if you do plan to take these while running, I'd recommend slowing down a little to chew and swallow before choking. The are soft though and not too incredibly chewy. Watermelon flavor taste great! Only con is that I wish it had more sodium. You will have a eat a few of these to maintain energy.

These are my favorite for biking. They are easy to get out of the package and taste great when you’re hot. They aren’t crazy sticky and th texture is smooth and easy to get down. They are a bit expensive but I keep buying them because they work very well in the summer heat! They are easy to shove in your packet or your backpack.

This is a fantastic product for exercise, or even when I'm out and about and risk getting low blood sugar and an energy crash. Tastes terrific; easy on the stomach; and no caffeine or other additives. A little pricey, but worth it. And chewing the gummies is so much more satisfying than the gels.

Delicious and proved to be good power for training and over a week long (400+mile) bike ride. Texture is pretty nice

I always have these bloks in my hiking pack. They taste great and give me the boost I need to keep hiking!

salted water melon is the best flavor. i carry these on rides all the time. i tend to treat them more like a lozenge, instead of chewing them. In the fall and winter they can be slightly more solid, but in the summer they can get pretty jelloe- sticky-ish. they seem to help when blood sugar is a bit low, but i also like the flavor and will entertain myself with taste while i slowly die going up a long hill. i wish there was a better carrying method than a plastic wrapper, opening these on the move always creates a situation where you can spit out, or drop wrapper bits adding more waste to the environment. all these sports snacks, supplements what have are all too expensive but when you like one rock with it. The orange flavor goes a lil too far for me, but the others are good. salted water melon as stated is my fav.

Great and easy to take while on runs

Liked the product. repurchased for a second time to stock up just disappointed that the expiration date is unexpectedly close... First bought in June 23, expiration date is May 24. Bought a few boxes on Black Friday due to sales(Nov 23), but expiration date is also May 24... Also, one of the boxes only had 17 instead of 18

The watermelon clif bloks have become my sole source of carbs while running. I've found them the most easiest to carry, to open, to eat and to digest. They give an almost instant energy boost. Perfect for me.

Good enough for the purpose it was purchased for

I only received 17 packets out of 18 packets listed in the box. The box came undone too as you can see in the picture. The shipping package was ok, but the box inside the package was already opened or undone when I received it.

This item arrived in a timely manner. However not all of the bloc packets were present. It was two short of the amount that were meant to be there. And the packaging was torn and broken
