Samsung Galaxy J3 Emerge - Prepaid - Carrier Locked (Virgin Mobile)

This phone is really great it works perfectly I would recommend it to anybody it has a lot of details and some you probably wouldn't even know I've actually gotten surprised at some of the notifications because they are different than the regular Android phones again I would recommend this phone to anybody who's looking for something like a budget Samsung Galaxy phone even though it has the Silverback and it's kind of thicker than the other phones it is actually very light and it feels like it has soft glass on the front and it is very lightweight I like mine and I believe that you will like yours. Ironically it is very easy to use it doesn't have a lot of bulk like a lot of the other phones have it is just right down to business with the apps and the layout in the settings is really cool it's different might be a little confusing but it's just the way the phone is made I guess and I would have to say that it is better than the j3 2016 model. Honestly I've never had any of the S Series Samsung Galaxys but I have seen people who do have them and this phone definitely response to the same as those S-Series Fone maybe especially like the S6 Samsung Galaxy S6 well anyway again I would definitely recommend this phone also I have noticed that it does not really have too many glitches that I can see and it's marshmallow I believe is the operating system but again you would have to go to the store and look at it and see for yourself I think you would really fall in love with it 2-1 on it because again I really love mine J-3 2017.

I just bought my second J3. It's a great phone for it's price range. Of course it comes loaded with a bunch of apps I will never use that also take up about half of its memory space, but disabling them (and I probably get more mileage on this because I don't do Facebook or Twitter) frees up a good chunk of it. It's fast, and has good battery life; I can use it pretty much constantly all day off of one charge, and it's the perfect size (to me anyway, which is not so small you need reading glasses to see the screen even with 20/20 vision, and not so big you can't hold it and text in one hand). The rear camera is pretty good, the front camera is ~eh. Could be better, but I'm not much for selfies so it doesn't bother me. I bought my first J3 a year and a half ago when it was first released, and it actually still works great except for being a little bit slow, but I have a bad habit of keeping my phone in my pocket and lint got into the charging port, so the charger would never go all the way in. I probably could have gotten at least six more months out of it otherwise. If you're looking to upgrade from Virgin's cheaper phones but don't want to spend too much more, this is the best option out there for now.

It is a good product for the price. I have yet to master much of it's intended operations since as an 83 year old man, I have limited use for many of the features. I was able to download the user manual which has been extremely useful in getting started with basic operations as well as answering questions that might arise.

Final UPDATE: By far the worst smartphone ive ever owned. Ive ran several apps on my old lg volt that is ancient and its faster than this phone. This phone is buggy, slow, the gps struggles all the time and i do not have any bloatware or heavy apps. Running a class 10 sd card and eveything to try to make this phone perform basic functions smoothly and nothing. Ive ordered a newer phone and will finally be free of this POS. Heavy apps like games? Forget about it. Camera is terrible. Cell service is spotty and the phone falls flat on its face when trying to reconnect to the network. Screw this phone.There is NO auto dimming on this phone. Absolutely miserable when you're hungover or just waking up in early morning low light conditions and get blasted with eye melting light.This phone shouldn't even be called a galaxy. The LG I toasted was seriously better in every way. The menus and options are annoying to navigate on such a small screen. Buttons are stiff and clicky for really no reason.There is also no visual or sound indicator that you missed a call or text or have a new email etc. I.E. there's no flashing light or beeping to tell you a call or message has been missed.UPDATE: Phone drops data service and runs on 3G instead of LTE. Slow. Real Slow. Also connects to every other Wi-Fi network EXCEPT my home network. It's not a setting. I looked. Have to choose my own HOUSE wi-fi each time!!!!Want to turn the volume on your headphones or aux connection? "~Listening to music at high volume can cause damage". Makes you hit "OK" every time before raising the volume. No options to make this permanent. Really annoying when you just want to turn the volume up during an intense workout or while turning the volume up on GPS when driving.TLDR: Get another phone.

I've only been using this phone for about a day or so, but I went from an LG phone to this and it's already working better than my LG. It works very smoothly and stays connected to my WIFI which was the primary problem with my LG. Other than that the LG worked very well but Samsung is in another league with apple. I guess if you were going from a top of the line phone to this you wouldn't care for it but for what I'm looking for out of a phone it works great. I like to use it for music, go on IMDB, and play one app game. Works well and it stays connected to the internet. For the people that write "it broke after dropping it once". Don't drop it. Buy a case and keep it off the ground. Don't blame your mistake on the manufacturer. I like this phone. If you use Virgin Mobile and looking for a simple smart phone, go with this. The 5mb camera is also a lot better than you think. Takes a very good photo.

I received my phone with half of a charger (the port end no usb cord) that doesn't even seem to be what would be the original charger which also doesn't work that doesn't even work and now the battery is acting up...who do i talk about receiving the proper charger for the this phone I've pAid for?? Otherwise the phone is in good condition

viene con todo incluido mejor que comprarlo en otros lugares muy recomendable si quieres cambiarlo de compañia hay que desbloquearlo pero por lo que vale vale mucho la pena
