I bought this as a valentines gift for the family. We ended up opening it early just because and have used it a number of times since opening it. It’s a great little vacuum/mopping robot. It’s very thorough and although there is a little bit of prep work before we can run it, it still saves my wife and I time and energy. It comes with perimeter blocking magnets you can adhere to the floor but we’re renting a house currently and want to save them for when we buy a house. So we’ve opted for just placing chairs in areas we want to block off and it works just fine. The vacuum works very well especially on hard wood floors, I can’t believe the amount of stuff it picks up each time we use it, which has been at the end of every day since we’ve opened it and set it up. It’s easy to use and is very thorough. I don’t know for sure but it seems as if it is learning the layout of the house a little better each time we run it. I say this because the time it takes to clean seems to be getting more efficient, and I’ve noticed it slow down before bumping into something and sometimes avoiding bumping into certain things all together compared to the first or second time we’ve run it. The mopping function works well, it isn’t perfect but it’s certainly better than nothing and it is a noticeable difference. My kids like watching it and have fun picking up small crumbs and stuff to throw in front of it and say the vacuum is eating it. Considering what we paid for it and what others I’ve seen here I think this is a tremendous value. I fail to see how another one priced 2-3x more than this could cleaned 2-3x better.

I can't say enough about this machine! I had been using a robot sweeper and a robot mopping unit which were made by another manufacturer. When I saw this all-in-one unit on sale, I decided to give it a try simply for the convenience of having one unit to activate. Yes, it has definitely more convenient, but the other things it delivered were totally unexpected! It, by far, covers a larger area in much less time and, surprisingly, it's much quieter and does a better job. I actually am still in disbelief. Robot sweepers and moppers are perfect for pet owners and homes that have a lot people in and out. I don't have carpet so I can't speak for the job it does on carpet, but it is able to navigate onto rugs and continue to do it's job. These type of units are especially wonderful on hardwood and laminate floors. I run mine every day, and every day I am surprised by the amount of hair, hair, etc. collected. Important things to know about robot vacuums and mops: * They are not going to get into cracks and crevices. Some people may want to deep clean occasionally. * Because they have a low profile, they get under chairs and other furniture with legs which means you don't have to stoop down or move furniture. *The sweeper cannot handle foreign objects so a quick look around before starting it is a good idea. * The mop feature uses water only. This concerned me at first but, in truth, my floors feel and look cleaner than when I used chemicals. After I ran the mopper a few times, I realized that my floors must have had a residue left from my other cleaners. The mopper cleaned up that residue, and the floors have a sheen again. In my opinion, a benefit to using water only is the floors, with no chemicals, are safer for pets, kids and everyone in the home. I actually could go on and on about this. It has changed my life. I have clean floors all the time now with very little effort.

Purchased this one year ago and it's still working well. Being my first robot vacuum, here's what I didn't think about before buying: You have to carefully clean up your room first so that it doesn't get anything stuck in its rollers (lamp cords, cat toys, for example). It's better to use it when you're around because sometimes it gets stuck in weird places which is sometimes very annoying (we have some pretty thick wood thresholds between rooms, though). You need to close doors to rooms you don't want it in and worry about drops/stairs. They do give you a sticky strip that you can put down that tells the vacuum not to pass (for tops of stairs, etc.). It does a good job on hard floors, not great on carpet (even my really low pile area rugs). It won't replace having to vacuum yourself because sometimes it misses spots, but it's a nice touch up for in between. It's surprising how much it picks up even if you clean everyday. I don't use the mop function often, it's ok but I'd rather just mop myself, will skip that function next time. The dust collector is small, so you'll need to empty it everytime. The rollers pick up a ton of hair you'll need to remove sometimes, but they did a good job making it very easy to take apart and clean which if you keep up with should help it last way longer. It even comes with a little brush and hooked blade to help remove the hair. The battery life isn't quite as long as i expected. We have about 1500 square feet and it takes care of the living room/kitchen area but often dies before it can get the bedroom.

We have been using this vacuum for daily hardwood floor cleaning for over 2 years now. We LOVE this vacuum cleaner!!! Its a life saver managing pet hair untill a hard vacuum ing withnour upright. We can set it and leave for the days , to return to crumbs feee floors. Would buy over and over. We never used tue wet side, just never ever up trying… we Love it as is without that portion.

Roger (c'est son petit nom chez nous) couvre bien toute la surface de la maison (100m2) en un seul passage. Il rentre sagement à sa base se charger quant il a terminé. Il est efficace, une bonne capacité d'aspiration, il fait un petit nettoyage à l'eau. Il est donc très bien pour le petit ménage quotidien. Pour les grosses tâches difficiles, Roger essaie mais on sent bien que ce n'est pas son domaine. Pour le prix, il est tout à fait bien. Il y a plein d'options. Des pièces en plus. Les piles de la télécommande sont même fournies. Je l'ai connecté au Google Home et la reconnaissance vocale fonctionne parfaitement. Il est également programmable (date heure et options de passage). Je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem günstigen aber dennoch guten Saugroboter für meine Wohnung und bin hier fündig geworden. Wichtig war mir, dass es einfach zu bedienen ist und auch eine Wischfunktion bietet. Dieser Saugroboter kommt mit Ladestation, Fernbedienung, 2 Wischlappen, sowie 4 Seitenbürsten (jeweils 2 für links und rechts) und eine Rolle Begrenzungsstreifen. Einrichtung: für die Einrichtung habe ich mir die App Tuya Smart vom Google Play Store heruntergeladen. Nachdem einschalten konnte man über Bluetooth den Saugroboter mit der App koppeln. Danach kann man den Roboter mit dem Heim-Wlan verbinden, damit der Roboter auch ohne Bluetooth arbeiten kann. Arbeitsbedinungen für den Roboter: ich habe in meiner Wohnungkeine Teppiche und außerdem Laminat- und Fließenboden. Außerdem habe ich keine Haustiere. Von daher sind es wohl einfache Bedinungen für den Roboter. Vor dem Start: vor der Reinigung muss man den Wassertank mit Wasser befüllen (sofern der Roboter auch Wischen soll). Man darf es aber nur mit Wasser befüllen einen Bodenreiniger sollte man nicht hinzugeben. Vor der Start stelle ich auch sicher, dass auf dem Boden keine Kabel oder Türstopper liegen und stelle die Stühle hoch, so dass der Roboter gut durchkommt. Außerdem verlege ich die Begrenzungsstreifen an die Stellen, an die der Roboter nicht reinigen soll. Danach öffne ich die Tuya App und starte die intelligente Reinigung. Tuya App: die Tuya App lässt sich recht einfach bedienen. Über die App kann man auch den Saugmodus einstellen: nur Saugen oder Saugen & Wischen und auch die Saugleistung und wie viel Wasser beim Wischen verwendet werden soll. Über die App kann man auch die Reinigung stoppen und den Roboter zurück zur Ladestation senden. Reinigung: der Roboter läuft automatisch seine Bahnen und reinigt die Wohnung Stück für Stück. Ich muss sagen, dass die Reinigung deutlich länger dauert als wenn ich selber sauge. Der Roboter geht die Stellen teilweise mehrfach durch. Wenn der Roboter irgendwo stecken bleibt stoppt der die Reinigung und meldet sich. Wichtig ist, dass man den Saugvorgang nach Möglichkeit nicht unterbrechen sollte, da der Roboter dann teilweise verwirrt ist und nicht mehr weiß wo es sich befindet. Insgesamt braucht der Roboter für meine 70 qm Wohnung ca. 1 Stunde für Saugen und Wischen. Mich persönlich stört das nicht so sehr, da ich in der Zeit arbeiten kann oder fernsehe. Normalerweise erkennt der Roboter automatisch wenn er fertig ist und kehrt zur Ladestation zurück. Manchmal klappt das aber nicht und ich beende manuell die Reinung. Nach der Reinigung: nachdem der Roboter fertig ist sollte man den Staubbehälter entleeren. Das geht sehr einfach, der Behälter lässt sich einfach entnehmen und entleeren. Über die mitgelieferten Mitbürste kann man auch den HEPA-Filter reinigen. Außerdem sollte man das Wischtuch entfernen und reinigen. Man darf das Wischtuch nicht in die Waschmaschine geben, sondern sollte es mit der Hand reinigen und zum Trocken aufhängen. Ich lasse den Roboter in der Regel alle 2 Tage nur Saugen und einmal pro Woche Saugen und Wischen. Zudem habe ich noch einen kleinen Handstaubsauger um die Ecken hinter der Tür, wo der Roboter nicht hinkommt selber zu reinigen. Insgesamt bin ich soweit zufrieden, vor allem aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses.

Tengo problemas de espalda y me cuesta mucho pasar la escoba y el mocho pero lo tenía ke hacer cada día xq tengo 3 gatos... Es muy barato por la calidad ke tiene , yo compre otros antes de este y la verdad limpia perfectamente los pelos y la arena de mis gatos y yo, trankila en mi habitación mirando la tele!😊 La caja de polvo contiene mucho, no hay ke cambiarla cada 2 x 3, y frega muy bien! Cuando regreso a la habitación a donde el robot limpia, todavía tiene batería y es milagroso ke solo tenga ke sentarme!🥳🥳🥳 Para los ke entienden de tecnología, c puede conectar la APP con el móvil y sino tienes el mando a donde hay varios programas. Este potente robot me cambio la vida! PD: también limpia las alfombras (sin el agua obviamente...) Lo compre el 5 de agosto y la caja de polvo se rompió... He pedido a Amazon ke me lo reemplazen y me dijeron ke el reemplazo lo tengo je pedir al vendedor pero no tengo ninguna información sobre el vendedor no puedo alcanzarle!!!

Je commente rarement, mais pour le coup je suis agréablement surpris ce robot et fantastique tout est compris la télécommande les accessoires et surtout une notice rapide et précise en français. L’application est simple et intuitive. Franchement ça fait plaisir contrairement à un autre modèle d’aspirateur robot de même type est au même prix Lui fait clairement la différence

Llevo una semana usándola y estamos muy contentos. Investigamos mucho en cuanto a prestaciones, precio, etc. El precio nos salió muy bueno (la compramos en Black Friday) pero aún a su precio normal es buena compra. Tenemos perro y recoge estupendamente los pelos. La fregada es buena pero si tienes alguna "mancha" en el suelo no te la va a quitar ya que es un trapo mojado lo que pasa pero te deja el suelo muy limpio. Trae recambios de todo y es cierto que para volver a la estación de carga se vuelve loca, pero no es nada que moleste. La app es fácil de usar (probé a ponerla en marcha desde la calle y funcionó).
