Dual 4 ohm. The 154 is 15”- 4ohm voice coils. A 152 would be 15”-2ohm coils.

Can I use these for home pa power speakers?

Yes, you can use any speaker that can equal 8 ohms for home audio. These are really a 1000 watt speaker with cheap foam surrounds and a paper pulp cone with minimalistic voice coils. But, if that's what you like.

Is this dual 4 ohms or 2 ohms which one is true? In the picture is 3 ohms bit in the description is dual 2ohms

It is a little confusing they have listed the same description on both the 15 and 12-inch subs. The 15 is dual 4ohm and the 12s are dual 2ohm. There is also a 15 that is single 4 ohms and a 12 that is single 2 ohm,

Will this work in a vented box with 2.3 cubic feet of volume
