The pivoting head will not stay locked in place and keeps pivoting on its own. Not made for tall people to push. Had to put it into the shop the first time I changed out all four strings due to the mechanical catch inside the head had gotten stuck. Ended up giving it away.You will have to find a service center to help with any parts or major repairs.

Starts easily, cuts like a brute
Starts easily, cuts like a brute, runs like a charm. Could be easier to push over hard ground. I'd have given it 5 stars but the balls that adjust the cutting height are made of plastic and not strong enough. I need to replace mine but parts for this mower are not available. Parts that wear out with use should be easily available.

This item lasted three mows and then died and was unable to get it repaired because it's not worth repairing and the authorized service center told me I was out of luck do yourself a favor and buy local for this type of product

GREAT POWER.
GREAT POWER...poor string. Oregon Platinum Gator Line will save time and money. Started FIRST pull out of bow with 5 min. setup. comes with 3 different height bump wheels...yes the height does change, but sutting width narrows slightly. Compare it to a DR.

Frame for wheels and Pivot system not made nearly strong enough!
The pivot and frame wheel support is made of very thin gauge material that bends/flexes very easily. The frame flexes just by lifting both wheels off the ground with the handle. New out of the box the top of both wheels pitched in severely because the frame had been bent. I bent the frame straight again so the wheels would stand vertical, but the frame is so flimsy the pivot shot-pin would constantly disengage whenever pushing over rough terrain causing a lot of problems. I would recommend purchasing the M200 model instead of the M220 because of this problem. Since the M200 and M220 models are identical except for the pivot system I will call Fields Edge Customer support and see if they will send me the M200 wheel support brackets to fix the problem. If not I will return back to Amazon.

Works great once you get it running. Very hard to start and keep running.

Don't waste your money on this!
Used the trimmer for 1 1/2 hours and then the engine locked up. Called the customer service for warranty and they gave me two repair shops to take it to. One shop had terrible service reviews. The other one I called said they don't do any warranty work for them and it would cost $120 to look at!
