Well-designed and made. Perfect for the trauma bag.
It is all that it says it is and works fine. Shipping was prompt. I'd recommend it as the materials seem high quality and the pattern and molding work on the rigid plastic is top notch. It is extremely easy to adjust, making it a good collar to have in a trauma bag. It will store flat until needed, saving space in the bag, too. Comes sealed in a plastic bag that should maintain it clean and fresh until needed. The cannula hooks are a nice feature, too. Obviously designed by someone who uses collars regularly. While this is intended to primarily be a one-use trauma collar, I intend to wear it for several hours a day, so I used a heat gun to soften the rigid polyethylene panels so I could custom fit it exactly to my neck and shoulders. Ten minutes work and it now fits perfectly and is working well for me.

Works
I used it as a prop for a costume. It seems to work just like any other ambulance c-collar I’ve seen.

HOLY EXTRA PACKAGING BATMAN
Wastefully shipped in a massive box with a ton of packing paper. Cause F@#$% trees, I guess? I thought they sent me a bulk order on accident. Very weird. Otherwise, it's exactly as expected. Probably the cheapest neck brace you can get. This is standard on an ambulance. Just like what I used to use for work. Source: 6 years of EMS experience. Just be mindful of either your or your patient's ears if they're wearing earrings. It will squish their ears. I use this on myself if I get "tech neck" from my poor posture. Helps relax the muscle for a while to ease my tension headaches.

I think every driver should carry this in their car
A few years ago I was a passenger in a multi-vehicle accident. An off-duty paramedic raced through across the median strip -- the area between the north and south-bound freeway lanes -- and put on a neck collar like this one on a woman whose head had hit a windshield had become imbedded with broken glass. Every since then I've thought I should carry a neck brace in case I come across a similar scene. Another reason I made the buying decision -- the daughter of a friend of mine was hit by a car and was hurt but ok, until some well-meaning people moved her neck. She's been paralyzed ever since.

Exactly what it looks like
Not much to say other then fair price on a pretty standard cervical collar.

Simple, but effective.
Pretty basic. Have to manhandle it a bit to get it adjusted, but it's flexible.

Stiff and uncomfortable.
The foam is thin, the brace is rigid, and it is impossible to size to my neck. I have a short thick neck and am unable to make this fit. I bought it since I have been in a hard collar for five months now, and this one looked like it might be a bit more comfortable. It is not.

Pleasantly surprised!
I was surprised that this brace worked so well to straighten out my neck because it was WAY cheaper than most others. Very adjustable!

I researched many before buying this. I was looking for something easy to adjust, of decent quality, and would hold the neck in place. This product checked all boxes and was so happy AFTER using it as this was exactly what I was looking for. I am using to keep head in place while transporting patient in stair chair that does not come with neck support.

Not the most comfortable brace to wear over long periods, though strictly speaking that's not what it was designed for. Once I popped a bit of extra foam on the blue front section all that changed. A great price, very light and supportive, easy to adjust and to take on or off, unless you have a jumper or hoodie on. Best thing is it isn't a grim beige colour! Will push your posture where it should be almost by default, not really comfortable for my muscles after years of leaning to my front right. I brought it to see if a neck brace that supported my chin would help me and for a tenner or so it was worth doing, I could of claimed the VAT back but didn't get the application in (how I'd love Amazon to provide an online form!). Now I need to decide if I take the plunge on something more costly or carry on with this, some spare memory foam and a roll of micropore tape! Any other Zebras out there with CCI/ Chiari or R.A. looking for a brace be prepared to pad it out. I will be carrying on with this as it's better than laying down all the time so may well post a further review to help those in a similar situation to myself.
