No frills, cause it doesn't need them. A simple spring-retaining phone clamp with two 1/4" receivers (one on the bottom, and one on the back.)Very satisfied.

This is the second universal clamp style phone holder I've purchased, and the last. It grips plenty tight for car rides. I use this paired with a Small Rig Clamp w/ballhead magic arm to hold my old smartphone that I use as a dash camera. I use it daily and it still works as well as the day I bought it(Nov 2021).

The product has been updated to include a camera mount (slot) on top not shown in the listing images, so that was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the phone I wanted to use with this is too thick with the case on, so it just slides out when pressured by the spring-mounted clamp. I will try another identical phone with the case off. It should work fine.

These worked out great.

Works well for my needs. I like it better that the ones that use a screw for adjustment. I have seen reviews claiming they don't hold their phone tight but the ones I received have very strong springs and hold my phones very tight.

The best thing about these which I never knew is that they also have a camera mount, just a great price and for 2 also..booom .
