I purchased this when my cooker door shattered just before Christmas, and (apart from it being delivered a day late, due to delays with Amazon collecting it from the third party seller) it's been perfect. While it was too small to cook a whole turkey, it could accommodate a turkey crown comfortably. Roast potatoes were perfect and in superfast time. The oven warms up really quickly, much faster than my fan oven would, and is quickly sizzling away. The build quality of the item is slightly on the flimsy side, and I can't vouch for how long it might work for, but for the price it is amazing and does all I'd hoped for. Although it comes with one wire shelf and a baking/drip tray, a second wire shelf would have been hugely beneficial, but that's minor gripe. For less than £50, I have an oven that warms items quickly, cooks crunchy roast potatoes and saved Christmas day for me (when feeding 6 people!). This is perfect for those needing an 'emergency' oven. It would also be well suited for those needing to cook during a kitchen refit. For those with tiny kitchens, or those who only need to oven cook for one or two people, this could a perfect permanent solution as it heats up really quickly, maintains its temperature well and cooks as good as a larger oven.

This is our third similar oven in 30 years - the last one's elements failed and as they were no longer easily available it was cheaper and less hassle to spend £70 on this. No regrets. We have always used ovens like this as an adjunct to an Aga, which is not effective as a grill. But this oven allows us to keep the Aga at a lower (more economical) setting and use this, which is cheaper to run, for hotter work. It is quite spacious and will accommodate an average-to-large chicken without any trouble. The grill in particular is very efficient, once it has warmed up, and might catch you out if you take your eye of the ball. It lacks an 'always on' setting, which we're used to, but you soon get used to setting the timer, which is helpful if you forget to switch off. Very efficient and hot, with cooler outside surfaces than our previous models. Marked 'easy to clean' as three stars because no oven is easy to clean, in my experience.

A great little countertop oven which I purchased because my integral oven wasn't working after a power outage which has now been fixed, however I will continue to use it as I am sure it will be more economical and is doing the same as my larger oven for most of what I need.

Great little oven. Very Functional, quick cook time. Very easy to use, very easy to clean, nice little design. Takes up around the same size as a microwave. Has a timer too which is great . Would definitely recommend

Great little oven - perfect for a small kitchen. It bakes, it grills, it roasts, just like a fully grown oven! Easy to clean and simple to use. Had to contact Prodex about a replacement bulb cover (the one in the oven got broken in transit) The customer service was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, professional and very responsive. First one they sent was lost in the post by Royal Mail so Prodex sent a second one out. Again Royal Mail didnt deliver so I asked Prodex if they could give me the size so I could buy a replacement myself but they insisted on sending a 3rd one which arrived on Saturday. I would highly recommend both the oven and the company.

Works well with each function used separately,but both together don't work. So, no roast function.

I am a 87 year old widower living on my own , I bought this as a stop gap whilst my main oven was repaired. I doubt I will use my old oven again, this oven takes less time to reach the required temperature therefore saving money, standing on my work top (the oven not me!) it is much easier to use saving a lot of bending. It is well lit for easy viewing of your cooking. I have now cooked 2 weekend joints in it and found it to be perfect. I don't think the light position distracts from it because I doubt you could use the top shelf without burning your food. I agree with others that the tray is difficult to clean, I have purchased two one helping, non stick meat tins, which were cheap and are much better. The top of the oven does get hot but that is obvious as it is an oven, I place my plate on it during cooking to get warm, as I dislike hot food on a cold plate. My only regret is that I did not buy it months ago.
