A OR B CUP BRA ONLY!!!
This thing is super sturdy and is made to last forever, while keeping your bras in proper shape while they are in the washing machine. (If you have trouble with bras getting crushed in your suitcase, you could pack one in the bra ball, but it will take up a lot of space.)The description says it is for C cup, but it really isn't. I just received it in the mail today, and was so excited! No more hand washing the bras! But when I took it out of the box, although it looks large enough to hold my 34C underwire, it took over five minutes of wrestling the underwire part away from the latch area and situating it just right before I could just barely jam it closed. This has a beautiful design, and is very well made. I did order a similar cheaper item about ten years ago that I had to keep closed with those black office clips for paper, but it eventually fell apart. The description says it can fit 1-2 bras. Ha ha. They desperately need to change their description if they want to stop getting one star reviews from people who say it's too small. If you don't want that to happen, stop saying it is for C cup bras, and warn people in the very title it is for small bras only. This is what their description should say:BRA BALL FOR SMALL BRAS ONLY! This beautifully constructed bra ball will fit two AA bras, or one A bra, or one B bra, all with bands 36 inches or under! It is so well made it will last you until Armageddon! Everyone else, wait a few years until we come out with the larger sizes, and err on the side of ordering a size larger than you think you will need! The manufacturer does a great job of explaining how the latch works and how to open it. They need to do an equally great job of letting people know this really is not made to easily handle anything larger than a 36B.I'm going to put myself on the waiting list for a D cup ball, just to be safe. You can add yourself to their waiting list by visiting their website directly. (www.braballs.com/contact.htm) Please do not purchase this if you wear a size larger than a 36B. You'll be irritated and want to give them a low rating. Just wait until they begin manufacturing the larger sizes.

Better than nothing.
It is better than nothing but it is far from ideal. As other reviewers have commented, the device does not accommodate underwires very well. Not being especially busty, I didn't think this would be a problem for me . . . but sure enough, I'm having to jam the underwire to get it into the BraBall. I can't imagine this won't cause damage over time. I wouldn't buy another one but for now I am using this one and it is minimally adequate.

Fully protected & clean
Intelligent design Quality Construction solved all the problems i had with other brands. 1. Special latch keeps the ball closed in washer (other bra balls opened up). 2. Plastic is smoothly polished around the edges of all the holes so doesn't snag, scratch or abrade delicate fabrics (I ruined a some bras with other bra balls). 3. The ball has 3 inner compartments: two to separate each cup & a third in the center to hold clasps & straps, preventing them from tangling or snagging bra. 4. size worked well for C cups, not sure how well would work for larger cups. 5. bras came out lean. Love the product. Makes washing molded bras a cinch, while preserving their shape & protecting the fabric. Totally worth the price.UPDATE: still love the BraBall, but can't use it anymore! In our current house we have a top loader with an agitator, and the ball will not fit. There's not enough room between the agitator and the drum. I've previously used this in a front loader, and in an agitator free top loader. I'm sure there's plenty agitator top loaders that will work, but ours doesn't.

Perfect solution, if your bra fits
I saw a similar product in a catalog on an airplane. When I did some research online, it became clear that the original BraBall was a better product than the imitation that I had seen in the catalog. Now that it has been delivered, I still agree with that conclusion. It is heavy-duty plastic, with stainless steel hinges, and a sturdy lock. It would be perfect, except my bra doesn't fit. Keep in mind that the shape of an underwire gets wider, even within the same cup size, as the band size (chest size) increases. I have no doubt that some C cups will fit as advertised. However, my 40B Ambrielle push-up bra does not fit because the underwires are too wide. The BraBall is a perfect circle. If it were egg-shaped, my bra would fit. I have been losing weight recently, so I will keep the BraBall and hope that future bras will fit better. The interior width of the BraBall appears to be about 5.5 inches. Before buying, measure your underwire from outside edge to outside edge at its widest place to see if your bra will fit with little or no distortion.Update 4/29/2012--My bras never did fit perfectly, but I tried bending the underwire and folding the cup material, and this worked ok, as the fit was reasonably close. I always removed the bra immediately from the wash and air dried. With plastic underwires there was no malformation of the underwire that I noticed, although over time the color faded irregularly due to the fold. I am using the past tense because the braball finally broke after weekly usage since 2008. The plastic lock cracked so that the ball would open in the wash. I have been without a braball for a couple of months, and I will be getting another one. I am satisfied with the durability and convenience.
