Impressive and complete Summary
This is an impressive summary of Kung Fu that details all aspects of general Kung Fu practice. There are described here the Lohan exercises, different Chi elements, practice for Chi, animal styles. It really is quite extensive. The book doesn't seek to detail just one style or study of Kung Fu. That would be quite a different book. If the reader, however, is looking for a detailed description of the arts and study of Kung Fu, this is definitely the correct book.

This won’t teach you how to fight
This book didn’t show how to execute a single move. It’s all about history and philosophy. Just my personal opinion.

NoteWorthy
While not the most complete book on this subject, the book is noteworthy and may have a place in one's collection of martial arts material. If you study or practice kung fu, silat, and or just about any method of martial arts, the book is useful for comparative and or analysis of what you may be currently studying or practicing. Interesting reading. Thumbs up.

Good introduction to Kung Fu
A good primer on traditional Kung Fu with a bias toward Wing Chun. He has a good warmup regimen too.

Fills space on a table great
Hardly a real guide. Not many pictures or pages. But its a qute little space filler to maybe help build the mind.
