Knotty Girlz 1/2" Samson Eq Braid Yacht Horse Lead Rope w/Nickel Plated or Stainless Steel, Trigger Bull 12' 14' or 16'

I don't normally leave long reviews, but I feel this one is warranted:I purchased this training lead for my young OTTB because not only was it a fraction of the price of the "Natural Horseman Experts" ones, but I also own a rope halter from Knotty Girlz. My rope halter has been perfect, so I did not hesitate to purchase my training lead from Knotty Girlz. Bonus: I was able to select the matching pattern, so my training lead and rope halter look great together.Knotty Girlz shipped my training lead quickly, it arrived across the country in 2 days. I was impressed by the leather popper on the end, and the lead itself is heavy duty, really nice quality! But Knotty Girlz went above and beyond: apparently the clasp I selected for the training lead was backordered. Instead of delaying my order, they shipped my training lead with a similar clasp already attached - and then expedited the correct clasp to me a couple days later (no additional charge to me). I appreciate their customer service and I can't say enough good things about Knotty Girlz! My rope halter has been amazing, this training lead is amazing, and I am definitely a customer for life :)

I love KnottyGirlz products, and this lead rope is definitely a good find. It’s longer than I really need, but that’s not a big deal. I like the hardware, and appreciate that it doesn’t pick up stickers if the lead touches the ground. It doesn’t tangle up on itself like some can, and it has a nice weight to it. I have a long line also by the same company, which I love, and it is a touch thicker, which I think I would prefer, but I like them both.

I ordered the 12 with stainless steel trigger bull. I'm not sure how ordering was for the reviewers that stated there was not a snap on it because I see there are several choices to choose from i.e. with a stainless steel trigger bull, plated trigger bull, no trigger bull or snap ect. This is by far the best and highest quality lead rope I have ever purchased. I am very glad to have found this seller because I will definitely be back!

This seems really well made but the snap stays stuck in the out position and you physically have to push it back in vs. it working properly... sad about that... my much cheaper one has a better clasp.

Best lead rope I've seen. Good weight and feel; horses respond well with it on groundwork. Purchased my second one.

Beautiful color and good materials. Unfortunately it came without a snap/clasp. I let them know and they were quick in their response that they needed to promptly send me a snap/clasp. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t gotten it. Guess I’ll have to go buy one. Sigh....

I love the length and feel of this lead rope. Really comes in handy if you're working with young horses and even older horses on the ground.
