Q: Can someone tell me the height of the mat in mm?

the cutting mats are 3mm thick and sturdy.

Q: How do i get rid of the manure smell? I washed it and dried it and it is still there.

The "plastic" smell mainly came from the PVC material within the cutting mat and the smell would build up over time being in a sealed plastic bag so the smell could be particularly stronger on the first few days, just like the smell of a new car, and it typically cannot be washed off. Good news is the smell will dissipate if you leave it in a well air ventilated place for a few weeks. HTH.

Q: How many layers does this mat have?

One layer approx 1/4" inch. Normal cutting mat thickness - no super cheap international knock-off.
